We ordered out as we’re passing through Boise and stay at a nearby hotel. Food was great for the price and the people extremely friendly. We’ve not been to an Applebees in 15 years in various states because of bad past experiences. This one made up for all of those. Thank you!

We sat at our table for a good 15 minutes. Nobody came over. We asked if someone was going to help us, a waitress came over acting like we were an inconvenience, chewing her gum and not even listening to our order. We left.

I got frustrated trying to order because they advertised half priced appetizers after nine pm but I could figure out on the website how to order them. We did go ahead and order our meals because we were about 20 minutes away. The food was on time and was fine, when we asked them any the half priced appetizers they said that is only for dine in. That's find and I understand and whatever, but the website doesn't say anything about that. Very frustrating.
Our waitress was one of the worst we had. She took our drinks to refill them and never came back with new ones. After she delivered our food, she never came back to see if everything was ok. It was not , we were missing things. We ate and left her no tip because her service was Horrible!

Whenever I go to an Applebee’s I’m always satisfied. But at this one it was even better. The staff are so attentive and caring. The host (I didn’t see his name tag) was helping a young boy find their family after he lost them and our server Rob was great. Even though he had a busy section he was able to manager that really well. I don’t plan on being in Boise again any time soon, but if I am, I’ll be back :)
