Not sure what waitress I talked to on the phone but she was completely rude. I come to this Applebee's all the time. It's the only Applebee's I'll eat at. So I've been here a bit. Not sure if she's new or just hasn't ever worked when I've been in but she was rude. Would have been different if I gave her a reason to be but I didn't. I was nice. I ordered the chicken wonton tacos and the pecan Blondie. The ice cream was completely melted. Not sure what kind of scoop they used either but it was the tiniest piece of ice cream and completely melted if that makes any sense. Would include a picture but it's not letting me for some reason but if the manager wants to get ahold of me I have a picture of it. Tried asking for a new one but it seemed like they were so eager to try to get me out of there that I just left because that was rude too. Like me checking to make sure my order was correct was rude and I was taking up space or something. Because the last time I came in my order was messed up. The manager made it right. I appreciated that. Doesn't make sense how the ice cream could have been completely melted because I talked to the lady on the phone waited 10-15 minutes to head over because she didn't give me a time on the phone just snickered at me said bye and hung up so I figured I'd give about 10-15 since I live 10 minutes away and then headed over. So was not only rude but left the ice cream that should have been left in the freezer or not scooped out UNTIL I got there, they just let sit out the entire time. Every other time I've been here has been great, the manager is great, like I said he made my order correct for me and threw in a pecan Blondie for me for free for the issue, this Applebee's is the best one so far, but the service I received this time was atrocious. From the rudeness on the phone to the all the way melted ice cream and then acting like I was in the way because I was trying to make sure my order was correct was just plain rude.

There was so much wrong with this experience that it left my brain hurting. I attempted to order "Carside" which apparently doesn't exist at this location!!!! After the app said my order was finished (later than expected) I waited 15 more minutes before having to go inside for my food. Defeating the purpose of carside. I was greeted by a rude older lady that scolded me for not coming in sooner like most people. Then scolded for not calling when I went in, by the "carside worker". I never plan on coming back to this location. Piss poor service.
