They Are unbelievable, a company this size would not return your calls.They are horrendous, overcharges, dirty uniforms, lost and torn uniforms, and a lot of promises not delivered.

I agree with all the one star posters here. This company lies to you and then doesn't answer phone calls or call back when they say you will. They tell you one thing and do another. The sales person hounds you until she has a signed contract and then never responds to any questions. Then , when you call, they say different managers for your account will call and they don't. We had not even opened our business when they started delivering to us and i told them we don't need any of their items just yet and their items were dirty and many unusable, ripped towels, etc.They told me that they would pick up the supplies and end our contract but didn't pick up for a month saying their driver left. Then, they sent a collection agency notice for payment for what?? unused items!!! Our business was not even open!!! I did get one phone call through and they said, they would remove the amount due because of the poor quality material but then I get this notice! What poor business ethics!! Do not use this company at all! Other companies that do the same thing as Aramark ahve also stated that they are known around for these deceitful practices. Do not sign anything with them! Read all these reviews.

Extremely dirty company with dishonest management and employees. If you cancel services they will continue to come and continue to bill you. They will try to lock you into a contract and throw threats your way if you no longer want their services. Only way I got them to stop coming was to tell them I’ll charge with trespassing. I would strongly advise you don’t use them.

Repeatedly asked for a change in lab coats. Most emails went unanswered. Took over 3 months and phones calls only to receive... the wrong product. Was this accompanied by an explanation? No. When asked about it, the company explained that the agreement with our company only allows for 1 style of lab coats (despite us already getting 2 styles from them and that is somehow not shown in their system). Also, they started to deliver our towels to the wrong location for some reason and that required more emails/calls. These guys are a disorganized mess. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible company. Stay away from anything to do with Aramark. Read any and all reviews with this company before signing any contract with them. They will lock you into a contract and threaten you even if they do not service your business. Management will say they will call, no calls. Management will set up meetings to discuss pricing and they will not show and waste your time. Read reviews with the BBB, Google, and Yelp. Mostly all 1 Stars stating same reasons.
