Food was ok. But a manager came in while we were eating and started yelling at the staff so loudly that everyone in the establishment were looking at each other like, “What the heck is going on?” One other customer passed our table and we made eye contact as she said, “Well, I guess we all know, now…” It wasn’t just the way she said things or the fact that she was SO loud the entire restaurant could hear every word. It was also that she belittled and spoke down to the staff, saying things like “And for the love of god could you…. “ blah blah blah. Just awful. It was very rude and VERY unprofessional. Totally inappropriate. If you have to have a “come to Jesus” meeting with your team, it should never be done in front of customers like that. Complete lack of awareness. I felt bad for the employees and have little respect for managers who feel the need to tear people down in front of others and air dirty laundry in public. No wonder some of the reviews of this location are not great. The staff should be motivated not berated. Terrible manager. Their employees are probably demoralized on the regular. It was awkward for everyone.

Food was cold kept finding hair in food and when I called the store to get it resolved I was hung up on several times by the evening manager or Shift Lead and was told that the overseeing manager’s name was Amanda so I will be contacting Amanda at a later date to get a resolution to this problem. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful. ( yes I put our food on plates because I have a child who hates to have their food touching.)

Sometimes when I'm having a bad day, I stop by as I drove by this arbys location. If they happen to have thr 2 for 7 beefncheddar deal then all of a sudden life has meaning again. Haters gonna hate, but arbys is the superior fast food stop. Also, Arby's don't nark on American heroes
Parking: There are usually plenty of places to park.

The floor at this one was very sticky most of the table were dirty the employees when they went to restroom were very unprofessional cause they were kissing and the male grabbed the females butt. I will not b going back for the uncleanliness and unprofessional acts by the employees. But the food was great.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Two seperate days now I've gone to buy roast beef sandwiches at 10:45 am, only to recieve cold food. One of the occasions they provided me warm food upon going back through the drive through, the second time I didn't notice until 3 minutes gone. If you're craving cold food and inconvenience, is this the restaurant for you!
