I order Arby’s through Door Dash, the last three times there has been an issue. This time we ordered mozzarella sticks…we got the sauce, but no sticks. Never again. They obviously will never get their act together.

Today 2/20/2026 at 12:50pm , I went thru drive thru to order the $7.99 meal box that is advertised on the windows and when I pull up to drive thru the lady who was was taking orders started talking right away and she didn’t give me a chance to look at the menu, so then I told her I wanted to try the $7.99 chicken menu and right away she said they are out of stock and then she said in a rude way “ Can’t you see it says on the menu of out stock”. She was so rude the whole time I ordered. That lady shouldn’t be taking orders if she’s going to be rude to customers drive thru.

It's fast food, so temper your expectations. But the service here was fast, friendly, and professional. Very clean dining room. The food was hot and fresh. You could tell it was made with care and not just thrown together.
Went through the drive through today. I must have requested the wrong item, went back inside to get the correct sandwich & Max (and the whole crew) took care of me right away! Thanks so much. Great crew at this store ✨✨✨✨✨

The 2 for $7.00 ,gyros were great, the employee looked like he had not bathed in days. Greasy hear and wearing a sweat shirt. Not a classy way to represent a business.

Lady at the drive thru was short and rude, I spent at least 15 minutes in the drive through and then received a sandwich with cold meat and not a single horsey sauce which was the only thing I requested.
