Customer service was okay, but the food was terrible. We ordered two chicken sandwiches, and the chicken was very thick and chewy with poor flavor. The chicken nuggets were okay, but the fries were really bad. It seemed like they had been fried multiple times throughout the day— not fresh and oily. Not coming back again.

I ordered some fried zucchini, which cost almost $6, and I only got 7 pieces. I had asked what came on the chicken teriyaki sandwich, and they told me, and they did not mention that it had bacon on it, plus it barely had any teriyaki sauce on it period was very disappointed

Always EXTREMELY slow for delivery orders. It's 2025... Why can't you guys streamline your delivery orders like every other restaurant on the planet.

Every time i have ordered from here they forgot all the sauces and the drinks and there are things missing from the meals. also if you change the order at all (like adding pickles or swapping fries for rings) they just ignore it even if it says it right on the receipt. then they don’t do anything to fix it. For spending 20$ a person on a relatively simple meal I can’t believe the amount of stuff they mess up. plus the food is ok at best. I’ve tried to give this place a few chances, save yourself some money and go anywhere else.
