I found a string in my sandwich that was half the length of the sandwich. I am SO glad I didnt eat it, omg. I called them before closing and they must have dipped out early because I called 30 minutes before close. Also you get a whole baguette with the smallest amounts of filling. I wouldn't recomend.

My go to place for banh mi although pricey for the $9 per sandwich. If you ask for light ice on your drink (which I paid $6 for) they’ll only fill it half way, which is not the industry standard coming from someone who works in food.

Order a sandwich if you go here. This place seriously has the best sandwiches. I haven't really had much else on the menu besides the spring rolls and those are good.

Very authentic pho. I love pho and can cook it myself. I think this is the best pho in town. Very good serving for the price too. I’ve been to a lot of PHO restaurant in Boise and they don’t have much meat but this is loaded with meat and veggies and big portion of noodles too. 5/5!

My experience was okay. When I went in one time, I was not greeted or helped at all. Second time, is okay. The vibe wasn’t it. My bf and I saw roaches roaming around on the floor. In my whole life of going to eat at any places, this is the only place where I go eat and see roaches roaming around. The food quality is okay.

This place always serves up the best bahn mi in Boise! I've been coming here since they had a downtown location many years ago and have never been disappointed.

Love the food.
We stop here every time we can. The pho is great, BBQ sandwich is fabulous, vermicelli bowl is awesome but the egg rolls are the best in town.

Always dip your sandwiches in their fish sauce.

Some places are just not for me, and I’ll have to accept that. I want to love this place! The prices are reasonable and the service was very friendly. However, I ordered a sandwich (#5 grilled beef) and it was sooooo dry and flavorless that I waited until I was home keep eating and dressed it with mayo, rice wine vinegar, and sriracha. I absolutely won’t be going back and can’t recommend the sandwich at all. I didn’t have the heart for a lower rating though just because of the service and price point. But you’ve been warned!

Driven by this place a million times, finally stopped and tried today. Got the grilled beef bahn mi, it was fantastic. Bread was excellent, veg was all fresh and crunchy. I will be back.

Baguette Deli has been doing it for as long as I can remember and after trying most of the banh mis in Boise including Basquenese, I believe Baguette Deli offers the best banh mi. My go-to is the BBQ pork banh mi, and the way they balance the flavors between the baguette, cilantro, carrots, daikon, cucumber and pork (I'm a white boy, I order without jalapeno) is second-to-none in town.

Always good service and very fast food prep too. If you ask me, Baguette Deli is Boise's banh mi.

We had the rotisserie chicken and a BBQ pork. They were both very dry. The chicken was dry and stringy, and the pork was like jerky. The egg roll was very greasy. The workers were very nice.
