Baraboo Supper Club offers a quiet, elegant yet comfortable atmosphere with great attention to detail. The staff are friendly, attentive, honest, and professional, making guests feel special from start to finish. A waitress helped guests choose from the menu and drink list, asking about flavor preferences and then surprising one guest with a custom drink. She also made a heart cutout for the table and later visited the rooftop bar The Highlander to wish guests a happy anniversary. The Renegade Hotel, attached to Baraboo, matched the service level, offering a complimentary bottle of wine, a handwritten note, and a higher‑level room. Rooms were beautiful, clean, and full of stylish details.
The food is described as simply out of this world. Dishes were beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Guests enjoyed artichoke dip, calamari, rack of lamb cooked medium with chimichurri, and the supper sipper old fashioned. The espresso martini was very good, not as sweet as others using pre‑made syrup. The venue is a bit on the expensive side, but the experience, service, and food make it worth every penny. Guests recommend Baraboo, The Renegade, and The Highlander Rooftop Bar for special occasions.
