Update: It is now Wednesday and I finally made it to the store. I spoke to a very nice and professional young man who Was more then willing to fix the issue, and let me know that the young lady I had the problem with no longer works here. am in here on a very regular basis for 2 quarts of the wild and reckless. When I went in about 3 days ago 2 very sweet young ladies told me I could get it cheaper if I got the stuff they already packed, that night they didn't have it that way so they packed them and charged me for the pre packed. Tonight I go in to get my normal and ask if they have any in the back, the girl was very rude and told me it doesn't ever get put in there, I tried to explain what happened 3 days ago and she was again rude about it ,she said I can pack it for you but it will be the 19 and some change, I asked why the other girls would tell me to check the freezer first, she says I don't know. I asked her to pack it she did but for the price that I pay for it not to be full really upsets me. I have never had a problem with anyone there the carton has always been packed very nicely. I will be talking to the manager tomorrow, if something can't be done I won't be back. There has never been air holes like this before, maybe I'm being picky but when I pay for something I expect it to be the same every time.

Clean shop with friendly staff. Highly recommend the Oreo Cold Brew ice cream. No problems with how the quarts were packed or the professional conduct of staff.

Let me start this review by saying that I DO NOT blame the employees that were working! I ordered my ice cream, which is always good. As I'm sitting down to eat the three employees working work gathered in a circle complaining about the management. This does not look good for business. The things they were saying about their manager I was not happy hear. These were 3 young ladies I'm assuming no older than 18 complaining about how their paychecks are always late, one of them has a name tag whose name is spelled incorrectly but still hasn't been fixed, and how the manager of the store constantly "checks them out" and makes them uncomfortable. Not happy to hear a grown man is hiring minors and making them feel this way.

Came in to pick up two one item deliveries for Uber Eats. Was told to wait while she helped customers who continued to walk in. She was about to make my order and a gentleman came in needing a cake that had been pre-ordered but not made. So she was gonna take another 20-30 minutes after letting me know she was going to help him first.Would have taken her less than 5 minutes to make the orders. I'm there as a customer and waited in line, as a customer. One of my customers even contacted me asking why I was there so long and attempted to call the store but the gal did not answer.Very poor customer service.

Stopped in here on a Thursday evening around 8pm. Two people working - super pleasant! No one else in the store. We ordered two scoops in a waffle bowl & a chocolate malt shake. The shake turned out spectacular - the guy took his time measuring out the ingredients and made it really good. The two scoops of ice cream in the waffle bowl were tiny..... almost laughable when you compared it to the size of the bowl. $12 for both - a little pricey when you consider how small the scoops were. This location feels like an old school baskin robbins so I liked the charm.
The lady cracked my waffle ice cream cone and then proceeded to call me rude when I asked to split the check between my girlfriend and I. I would give zero stars if I could.

Went there just in time. I bought a pint of Cherry Jubilee for a sick friend. I sort of bought a pink for myself, Snickers bar, while I was there too. Of course it is already half gone.

Avoid this location if you care about worker’s treatment. An employee with glasses, most likely a member of management from the way she was acting, was rudely shouting at her other employees during a rush. Most of the employees appear to be very young, so this behavior was very weird to watch. Nobody wants to see a grown woman verbally assaulting young girls while they’re attempting to enjoy their dessert in a family-friendly establishment. Yummy flavors though!
