Lots of vegan options! I've been here twice and had the BBQ tempeh and today the mushroom burger with vegan mayo and Veg cheese....both were yuuuuummmmy! I think they had about 5 or 6 vegan meal options and im excited to try them all:) Staff was awesome and the place was clean and relaxing.

We happened upon BBQ4Life while looking for a place to eat on Christmas Eve that offered vegetarian options. I have tried A LOT of vegetarian BBQ spots and never been satisfied until now. Their BBQ Tempeh is smoked and tasted just like ribs. Their fries were super crispy and the mac was incredible. My husband eats meat and was impressed by his meal and my vegan meal. I wish we lived in Boise so we could come back!

The tri tip was awesome it's fat content was perfect and it was tender. The BBQ sauce was really good it had a good spice to it. I also have Celiac and the second I told the staff. You could tell they take that seriously. They have separate fryers and options for everything on the menu. If your can't do have gluten it's a definite must try. It's not very often I get to eat my food without side eyeing every movement the staff make. I could here.

I got the pulled pork on a gluten free bun and it was delicious, the bun was actually really good for gluten free. The ladies that work at the front/waitresses, Nina and Brie, are amazing, so welcoming and a joy to talk to.

My brother and I wanted to find a good barbecue place in Boise and this was the only one open at 8 ish on a Sunday night so we came here. The second we walked in we were greeted with multiple smiles and it seemed like all the staff was genuinely happy to be there which was so refreshing! I wasn’t sure if they would be upset we were coming in 45 minutes before close as I feel like a lot of times workers start closing early and are just annoyed or bothered when customers come in close to closing time but that definitely wasn’t the case here. We both got pulled pork sandwiches with sides of their mac and cheese and they were absolutely delicious and the price and portions are unmatched. We’re so happy to have stumbled upon this gem and both agreed this will definitely be a go-to for us in the future!!

I’m so sorry but the vegan food was terrible. Not one aspect of it was tasty :( the sweet potato fries tasted like old oil so I only ate one or two then threw the rest out. The vegan mac and cheese had a weird texture and flavor and the tempeh was not saucy or well seasoned. I love the fact that they are trying to provide vegan options but I’d recommend looking elsewhere for a delicious meal.

Vegan and meat, best of both worlds, great food and super service. Wife and daughter had vegan pumpkin bread pudding raved about it. We're going to hit it up on our way out of Boise and looking forward to it. Hope you give it a try and enjoy it as much as we did.

Had some bbq from this place at comedy lounge. It was freaking delicious. I ordered a pork sandwich and their vegan coleslaw. I ended up just eating the pork and coleslaw. If you like tangy bbq and spicy coleslaw without mayo then get here ASAP. Yumm.
Best BBQ I have ever had and I have lived in Texas and ate alot of BBQ places out there!!!!! But BBQ4LIFE IS ONE THE BEST OF THE BEST PLACES I RECOMMEND TO EAT!!!! Our waitress was AMAZING, SUPER FRIENDLY, & BEAUTIFUL!!!!! THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE WONDERFUL FOOD VERY TASTEY AND WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!!!
