Lots of vegan options! I've been here twice and had the BBQ tempeh and today the mushroom burger with vegan mayo and Veg cheese....both were yuuuuummmmy! I think they had about 5 or 6 vegan meal options and im excited to try them all:)
Staff was awesome and the place was clean and relaxing.

We happened upon BBQ4Life while looking for a place to eat on Christmas Eve that offered vegetarian options. I have tried A LOT of vegetarian BBQ spots and never been satisfied until now. Their BBQ Tempeh is smoked and tasted just like ribs. Their fries were super crispy and the mac was incredible. My husband eats meat and was impressed by his meal and my vegan meal. I wish we lived in Boise so we could come back!

The tri tip was awesome it's fat content was perfect and it was tender. The BBQ sauce was really good it had a good spice to it. I also have Celiac and the second I told the staff. You could tell they take that seriously. They have separate fryers and options for everything on the menu. If your can't do have gluten it's a definite must try. It's not very often I get to eat my food without side eyeing every movement the staff make. I could here.
