Holy cow. Or, multiple cows, probably.
We had the 2 pound burger. We added blue cheese and mushrooms. I've had a couple "gimmick" foods, and I was expecting a bland, greasy patty. But this was a revelatory experience. The beef was tender (my jaw is still tired) and flavorful. The mushrooms and portions of blue cheese were perfect.
My wife and mom also really loved the chicken patties.

My son and I enjoyed our lunch... and the food was very good. But my 5-stars are all because of our server, Emily. I was amazed watching her carry several baskets of fries and plates of burgers all at once. And she was flawless doing it. I wish I had a photo to share. And it also helps that she was so friendly, helpful and attentive. My son and I both had bacon burgers with a small fires. Burgers were fine. Fries were hot, lightly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Everything made for a very nice lunch today.

From Mrs D The food truck was in Avimor this evening and my husband and I each ordered a cheeseburger and shared a small fry. I had my burger wrapped in lettuce. My burger looked half the depth of my husband’s burger and not as large in diameter. It looked similar to a burger from Freddy’s Burgers. Perhaps they gave me a child’s burger. My burger was cold, dried up, and lacked the juiciness of my husband’s burger. I asked for extra tomato and they put two pieces on my burger that were just a smidge larger than a quarter. I would have loved to have been able to get a redo, but when I looked the food truck left after we got our food. The fries were delicious, nice and hot. Needless to say, I didn’t finish my burger and my husband shared his with me. My cheeseburger was the same price as my husband’s was. This is the first time in years we have gone to a food truck in Avimor. Very disappointing!
