The girl taking orders had the worst customer service ever. She was so rude. I will never be going back this location. She didn’t even ask for my number for rewards. She rolled her eyes the whole time and you could tell her other 2 coworkers had an issue with her too. If she is the manager that is horrible. I feel bad for the other employees there. She was there Monday morning her hair was up in a ponytail, super short shorts, brown hair, and blue eyes. Horrible service. Very sad.

The experience was good and staff were friendly. The coffee was not good, especially given the price. I took my wife and extended family through the drive thru for morning coffee. We spent $40 for a couple of drinks. No one was impressed with their order and I ended up throwing mine away and walking 50ft down the road to McDonald’s for a $2 cup of coffee that tasted much better. I wouldn’t recommend this place. At $6+ for a coffee I’d expect much more.

I went inside to place my order today, because there was a huge line. It turns out the coffee grinder had broken and just barely gotten fixed as I got there, so there was a bit of a wait. However, the staff was transparent about this, and I actually didn’t need coffee anyway because everyone I was ordering for wanted a fuel today. I didn’t get the name of the barista helping me, but she did such a great job! There was an upset door dash driver that was not very nice about the wait and interrupted us while she was finishing my transaction. I honestly was too caught off guard to speak, (plus I hadn’t had my caffeine yet so I was still trying to wake up) but the barista handled it very well and I wanted to give her a shout out for being so professional and being a customer service pro. I appreciate everyone at this location and have only had positive experiences here so far even though I don’t go often.

Pulled up at a non busy time and still waited 10 minutes. Car in front of us happened to be coworkers with the staff working. Lucky for us they just talked and talked. Then we ordered our drinks. And tipped. And both of our drinks were missing ingredients. Ordered 2 colada fuels and one had no pasionfruit. Other had no coconut. Both of them had no cream topping. Pretty lame
