Pulled up at a non busy time and still waited 10 minutes. Car in front of us happened to be coworkers with the staff working. Lucky for us they just talked and talked. Then we ordered our drinks. And tipped. And both of our drinks were missing ingredients. Ordered 2 colada fuels and one had no pasionfruit. Other had no coconut. Both of them had no cream topping. Pretty lame

Coffee is always great. Staff is very friendly. Great alternative to the shops with the blue lids. Not that there's anything wrong with them it's just most of the time the line is too long. Neither one is second best. It's just a matter of convenience. I appreciate the white mocha.

I keep giving this location chances & they continue to disappoint me. I ordered my breve extra hot with 4 shots. It’s luke warm, all foam & tastes like there’s no espresso in it at all. Gross. For what you guys charge, you should train your baristas how to make a decent drink.

Love BR! It’s usually my go-to coffee place but lately it’s been terrible at filling up their coffee. I recently made the switch to hot drinks and let me just say to be sure to CHECK YOUR HOT DRINK before leaving. Mine was almost half empty. I knew the cup felt light but I didn’t think much of it and was in a rush. I hate to write a bad review but man did it ruin my day.

It was 5am, there was no one else around, but the guy seemed pretty occupied and just wanted us to get something. I was trying to ask about the sugar-free flavors. He gave me 3 and said, " That's all he has." I asked if there were any flavors like" snickers," and he said " Oh this is our snickers." We just told him to Make it obviously he Didn't want to help us out. We told him this was the first time we had been there.The drinks definitely did not taste like Snickers at all. The only reason we went there was because it had such great reviews. They must not have had this guy working when they had the great reviews..
