Absolutely Horrible Experience If I could give this place zero stars I would. I waited over 45 minutes just for a simple coffee. The staff were unbelievably rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked how much longer it would be, one of them actually said, “We’ll make it when we feel like it.” That’s not just bad service, that’s pure disrespect.The atmosphere was tense, and instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, they acted like customers were an inconvenience. This was hands down the worst service I have ever experienced anywhere. Don’t waste your time or money here—there are plenty of other places in town that actually know how to treat people with basic decency.

The location is absolutely ridiculous for the flow of traffic... customers block the residential roads and even spill on to Broadway. This is dangerous and extremely inconvenient for the neighborhood

Extremely disappointed in Blackrocks pricing. We ordered 2 Medium drinks (Carmel blondies) and were charged THE SAME PRICE AS A LARGE. We have had this order for years and just now are doing the math and realized it's been false marketed. On the sign it clearly states a large is 6.90 and 2 of those, with tax included is 14.62. That is the price we paid for 2 mediums. Do better.

I know Black Rock has been around for a while. Unfortunately, there aren't really any in my area which is a bummer. I took advantage of the area I was in today and was off Broadway. Conveniently, there is a location off of it. Since I have never been in before, I didn't know if it's just a drive thru or if there's actual seating inside the venue. I was on a tight time frame and didn't have the time to check it out. I just opted to go through the drive thru. It was when I was pulling around when I realized you can enjoy your drink inside the joint too. That will be a must do the next time around!
I did check out the big drink menu. All sorts of goodies available! But what caught my eyes were all the pumpkin spice options! There was a huge sign with photos of your pumpkin options. Being a visual eater, I was immediately sold on the pumpkin spice chai. It's never too early for pumpkin spice, even if it's 100 degrees outside. So, today I grabbed an iced pumpkin spice chai with almond milk.
I was greeted by a handsome smile. He got me all squared away, got my number started for their loyalty program and handed me my drink. My drink looked tasty! I took a sip of that baby and mannnnnnnnn was it good! It tasted like holiday happiness in a cup. It was creamy, sweet and the spices were very noticeable. I love chai but that pumpkin spice added another level of yum to it. The almond milk was thick, it wasn't watered down like some other almond milks I've had. It was perfectly made. The drink is on the sweeter side so if you don't like your drinks that sweet, I would ask for it to be made less sweet. I appreciate sweeter drinks so it was a great first drink from this joint for me.
I will have to make sure I stop at Black Rock when I'm around one. They sure did push out a great drink! I normally get iced americanos so this was a nice change. I'll have to try an americano next time but I'm hooked from my drink yesterday. Looking forward to my next pumpkin spice chai from this joint. Especially during the upcoming fall season.

I tried the Rocky Road Chiller. It looked just as pictured.
My only miss was I didn’t read there was almond in it, if you like artificial almond then this drink is a 10. I don’t love it so it stood out too much for me; mind you I drank the whole drink because it was delicious.
If I were to order it again I’d probably swap almond out for macadamia nut.
Great service, answered all my questions and recommended this drink.
