I work at vapor loft in the complex and went into get lunch today and everyone was super friendly i have a little brother with down syndrome and an older gentleman with down syndrome had walked in and they were super kind and welcoming an all over amazing experience today god bless you guys

First, I placed an online order for delivery for a party box for Saturday. They scheduled it for Sunday never answered my phone calls or returned my calls. They used DoorDash to deliver it on Sunday. I got a text saying it was delivered and handed to me. it was not delivered to me or my house and the DoorDash driver doesn’t speak English so I can’t resolve the problem and he’s not texting me back and the store still isn’t answering my calls $100 down the drain worst customer service worst experience ever will never ever use them again
