Messed up my order then asked me to pay for the remake. Not how you run a business. I've been coming to this place for years and never been so appalled at the way they treat customers recently. You've just lost a regular customer.

I recently visited the Blimpie drive-through and had a disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. There were no cars behind me, so I expected a quick and attentive service. However, the two employees inside seemed more focused on their phones than on the customers. Their lack of attention was evident, and it felt like they didn’t care about the orders or the people they were serving.
I ordered a sandwich and explicitly stated that I am allergic to mayonnaise. Despite this, my sandwich arrived with a mayonnaise-based sauce. This negligence could have had serious consequences for my health, potentially putting me in the hospital. It's alarming to think that such a critical detail was overlooked.
It’s clear that the staff needs better training and a stronger work ethic. I suggest that management consider hiring individuals who take pride in their work and are attentive to customer needs. The current employees seem unable to manage basic tasks, which reflects poorly on the company as a whole.
This experience has left me questioning Blimpie's commitment to customer safety and service. I hope changes are made so that others do not face similar issues in the future.

Just wanted to thank the girl that helped us at blimpie's the food was good The service was great it was really clean atmosphere definitely coming back maybe even for Moxie Java and blimpies I don't remember the girl's name but she was amazing My wife loves her so go there and tip tip her lots it was only like $7 per person which is awesome but again the food was super good The jalapeno cheese bread and it wasn't soggy and it was quick Go get some and tip I think she was blonde if that helped manager bye

Ordered a toasted BLT superstacked. No tomatoes. They added guacamole and I’m highly allergic. This issue would not occur if the person on the speaker let you finish talking before asking a question

The food is good, the coffee is amazing. I just wish the curly-haired manager was a little nicer. The younger girl with curly hair and glasses was super kind though.

This is the 2nd worse BLIMPIE in the valley apparently. My sandwich was missing veg that was supposed to come with it and the second half of my sandwich had no tuna at all. The first half had hardly any. Gotta love a lettuce and pickle sandwich. I def won’t be back.
