Be aware if you order something via DoorDash they will tell your dasher they’re working on it, have them sit there for 15 minutes (10 minutes past the scheduled pick up time for the order) and then let them know that they hadn’t started cooking it yet because delivery gets cooked last. Great way to have cold food, pissed off customers and no one to deliver for them. Watched this happen to multiple people while waiting for food myself and the dashers walked out due to the frustration and blatant lie that the orders were in progress.

The reviews were glowing so we were really excited to eat here. They have a lot of mimosa options and some fun coffee options. Unfortunately, those were the only good things about our dining experience. Our waitress was less than attentive and forgot multiple things we asked for. She seemed very unhappy to be having to serve us. The food was nearly inedible. Took one bite of the turkey cranberry sandwich and lost my appetite completely. The other sandwich wasnt as awful, but still lefr a gross taste in my mouth. Tastes like they are using old or expired ingredients. The potatoes were the only thing we could stomach. The atmosphere is loud and crammed. Chambongs were fun, but would go elsewhere for that experience. They did remove the cranberry sandwich from our tab, which is appreciated but our waitress remained underwhelming with her service. 1/10.

Blue Bench Brunchette is a delightful spot! The amazing, friendly staff made our experience truly special from start to finish. Their warm hospitality created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The food was exceptional - every bite bursting with flavor and made with care. The coffee was top-notch, perfectly brewed and a great complement to the delicious dishes. And let's not forget the fresh orange juice - a refreshing and zesty addition to our meal. Our visit was truly memorable, and we can't wait to return to Blue Bench Brunchette for another delightful dining experience. Five stars all the way!

The atmosphere was great and our waitress was very attentive to what we needed however the food was sub par. The club sandwich tasted stale and the bacon was soggy there was entirely too much oil on the sweet potatoes. However the barbecue sauce with the brisket was great and my brother seemed to like his burrito. Good food but our service was extremely slow thus very difficult with two young children who were hungry. Waited almost 15 min for a server to even come to our table and say hi. Then when they asked if we were ready to order, I had to ask if there was a kids menu. She said yes and went and got them then walked off. Assumed we weren't ready to order I guess? Frustrating. I didn't get a chance to ask any questions. Kids menu was very overpriced too! I typically pay no more than $8 on average at fine restaurants so to see it over $10 was shocking. I ended up ordering an adult entree for them to split at $15. Better deal. It's was also insanely loud in there! And noise typically does not bother me. Perhaps Sunday brunch is NOT the best time to go? Not sure, this was my first time going.

I specifically remember how it took this long because I set up a timer just to see if maybe I was exaggerating but was not sadly.We kept making awkward eye contact with waiters but they never came to our table despite that. By the time someone did come they were very disinterested in our table and you could tell that they didn’t care about us. The food came out slightly cold in my opinion and it was subpar. Truly a horrible experience for what I wanted to be a nice time with a friend from out of town

We arrived for our reservation at 11:15 and were not sat until 11:45. We waited over an hour for our food. We weren't able to leave the restaurant until 1:30. Our server was apologetic and shared with us that the kitchen was short staffed and all tables were waiting for their food. Knowing this about the kitchen, it would be recommended to close the right half of the restaurant, to prevent the kitchen from falling behind and feeling overwhelmed to accommodate that many guests. It would have been nice if our server comped one of our meals as well.

We waited over an hour for our food, and had no communication from our server about what was going on. She barely returned to the table to refresh drinks. People who got seated after us were getting their food within 20 minutes. Really bad service this time. I've been here before but don't know if I will return.
