I’ve loved this place for years and years, and Sara, the owner of about three years, I think, has done amazing things to our little community froyo shop. It’s so much cleaner than it used to be, and I used to not be able to dish out what I wanted, the staff did it for me… but no longer! I get to dish out as much or as little of the toppings as I wish, and it’s so fun to create your own little combination of flavours! Speaking of flavours, while they only have 12, those 12 are amazing and the less classic ones are changed up every now and then to provide customers with something new. We’ll get some new toppings sometimes as well, but not like we need it with the abundance of them! :) The froyo is the perfect texture, nice and smooth. Wouldn’t have it any other way. Be careful around 3:15 during the school year because after school the T-Line (Timberline, our local high school) will flock here, and the line can get long! If you don’t have another time to come though, standing in line is worth it, and the service is so fast so you don’t even have to worry about that long of a wait. The service, speaking of, is way better than it used to be thanks to Sara. The employees actually seem trained in social skills and are very kind. Another improvement Sara made is Blue Cow is so clean!!! No sticky tables or benches, it’s all great. This place is a beacon for all of the locals in East Boise, 100% recommend because you won’t regret it!

Blue Cow Frozen Yogurt is a very nice frozen yogurt shop in southeast Boise. It’s very impressive that they have this blue and white themed decoration inside which totally fit their vibe in the name. The frozen yogurt is definitely at the high quality that tastes delicious and refreshing. There are various flavors that you can choose from, pomegranate and coffee are my favorites so far. Highly recommended.
went in with a large group of boys- albeit slightly obnoxious i admit but very good intentioned. one didnt understand the 16.6 ounce rule and reattempted it. the girl in the back was quite snappy and rude saying “he cant go back even if he gets it we arent giving it to him” he then asked for a napkin amd she goes “its right in front of u”. - i cant even begin how appalled i am. i hate to write reviews but this was outrageous. i was very generous in giving them a $15 tip because the girl at the register was amazing! she was very patient and kind. it was the other one who had horrible customer service. i personally work in food service and have received unfair reviews and understand the frustration. however in all scenarios i acted w extreme professionalism and a very respectful customer service attitude. this woman did not and maybe it was an off night but it was quite rude to verbally snap at a child for simply asking for a napkin. u work at blue cow ur primary customer r kids- if u cant handle that work somewhere else. customer service is so important. people lose jobs over it. i dont want this girl to lose her job but to understand the value of customer service and patience. oh and she brushed me off when i tried to tip her despite her rudeness because i still felt compassion for the situation

Stopped in here with my family! Had a special surprise of finding out I could eat free from being pregnant and it happened to be my birthday so it was a special surprise gift! I love supporting local and will be back! I recommend coming to check them out! Staff was super friendly and environment was welcoming and clean!
