I ordered the closest thing to a Manhattan lox and cream cheese on a bagel but the following problems occurred: (1) The bagel was not toasted, as requested; (2) the salmon tasted fishy - not spoiled, just fishy and not very tasty; (3) the menu says a condiment is "required." Why? I had to get horseradish or mustard or some other spread I did not want, and unwanted flavor and calories, in order to place the order; (4) I was emailed 2 total charges: a promo charge for the order, and a charge adding a tip I was never asked to agree to. I would not have objected to the tip because my order arrived really fast, but I want to be asked in advance if the tip is ok. It's also confusing to get 2 emails telling the "total amount" charged when there are two different "total amounts." The driver emailed me and asked me to give 5 stars before my order arrived, suggesting that this was for him and was very important. I complied, assuming I was rating the delivery, not the food. I will not make that mistake again. These problems need to be addressed. Thank you.

Boise Airport location. I ordered the avocado toast served on an onion bagel. Had avocado spread, hard boiled eggs and a radish. It was awful. The bagel was hard as a rock. Bagels are typically dense but not as dry as a popcorn fart. Extremely disappointed.

Staff is nice, foods it quick.
What I often do is grab a bagel sandwich loaded for my self and a bag or 2 of the day old Bengals and a tub or 2 or 3 of jalapeno cream cheese (truly awesome) which I take back to share with my coworkers. It hard to beat the value on those and they are still outstanding.

Also I was just introduced to their sugar cookies, holy cow are the freaking good.

Went to pick up some bagels this morning. They’re making the order for people in line behind me because they know him. I just want to pick up some bagels. I finally get to the cash register and all the person wants to do is feel to go orders. I stood there for almost 10 minutes while she made to go orders.

I can't remember when I first started coming here, it's been loads of years. There was a time that I came once a week and one of the employees learned my order, loved that! Now, it's a little less often which is sad. Today I stopped in for my usual order - turkey sandwich on a plain bagel, bacon scallion cream cheese, lettuce, red onion, and sprouts. I always ask if I can have an extra pickle and they are always willing to be my pickle friend and give me an extra. My cookie choice flops between the sugar cookie and the peanut butter with choc chips. I LOVE when it's pumpkin cream cheese season! I often suggest this as a place for lunch with friends, when family comes to town, and even solo trips. You guys are amazing and I will always, always, always enjoy your delicious foods!

Bluesky Bagels is hands down the BEST hidden gem in town. Not only are the bagels fresh, soft, and ridiculously delicious, but the prices are unbeatable — where else can you snag two whole bags for around $3.50? 🤯 Every time I walk in, the place smells like heaven, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and I leave wondering why I ever bought bagels anywhere else. Honestly, grocery store bagels don’t even compare — these taste like they were made with actual love. 🥯💙 If you haven’t been here yet, do yourself a favor: stop what you’re doing and go. Your mornings (and your toaster) will thank you.

they were nice in the beginning, i just got a plain bagel with cream cheese, and i usually come here often and they’ve always done great! but i couldn’t tip this one time and the girl went to the back with her friend and snarkily was like omg she didn’t tip us. bla bla, then when i got my bagel half of it didn’t even have cheese on it, and it was patchy. overall that’s incredibly rude, tipping is NOT required and i will not be tipping now moving forward due to that ruining my day. get better service.

Good bagels, lox spread is delicious, and I enjoyed the mocha. It's always super packed in the morning, so expect to wait. There is inconsistency in the schmear to bagel ratio, and it should always error on the side of too much. Overall, it's pretty good. If you're in the area and want a quick bite and coffee, you should check it out.

Probably the best breakfast bagels and coffee I’ve had. They are very generous with the breakfast bagel sandwich fillings and I especially appreciated the addition of fresh veggies, cream cheese and avocado to the bacon egg and cheese. The flavored lattes are perfect as well. Definitely the amazing food for the price. They have lovely staff as well.
