Took my baby downtown Boise to see the local must go spots you don’t read about when discovering how amazing Boise is. And of course we had to grab a breakfast bagel sandwich and the only bagel shop to eat at Blue Sky Bagels. All the girls Jess T and Grace to offer yummy suggestions and playful company. Excellent service. Especially love how Grace NEVER forgets a face or an order!!!! All I can ever say about this place is YUM!!!! Even dance a little before my first bite.

I feel like they could have added a lot more cream cheese. Sandwich overall was good, employees we're nice, but quick to get you in and out even when it wasn't busy.
Had high hopes based on reviews. Friendly service, but probably one of the most lacking bagel sandwiches I've ever had. I've never had bacon that was so flat, most of it didn't even cover the Bagel. Bagel was dry and flavorless.

food is okay - bagels aren’t the best but the cream cheeses are good! employees always seem bored and annoyed as if customers are some huge imposition…they also give you a lot of attitude when you try to customize anything. asking for cream cheese on the side? you get some stink eye and a “ummm i don’t think we can do that…” even though they absolutely can do that and it takes 3 extra seconds of labor, god forbid.
Dietary restrictions: they get a little rude when you ask them to avoid cross contamination even though all they really need to do is change their gloves and use a clean knife. very telling about them that they’re so annoyed at having to keep their work space clean…
Wheelchair accessibility: poor accessibility, don’t recommend for people with mobility aids unfortunately
Blue Sky Bagels does things right! The bagels are delicious by themselves, but add egg and cheese makes it even better. Oh, and they have SPROUTS! Yum. Another random, but awesome things is: I have never had an unripe tomato slice on my sandwich. You can tell the workers take pride in what they do. Great job everyone!

Was curious about this bagel shop- though tasty, i don't think the bagel sandwich was worth the price point. The basic bagel with a smear was a better deal in comparison. The girls seemed unorganized for a simple bagel prep line, and after running my card, another girl asked for payment again. Yes for a variety of bagels, smears, and toppings, but still overpriced for the value of it.
