I ordered the closest thing to a Manhattan lox and cream cheese on a bagel but the following problems occurred: \n(1) The bagel was not toasted, as requested; \n(2) the salmon tasted fishy - not spoiled, just fishy and not very tasty; \n(3) the menu says a condiment is "required." Why? I had to get horseradish or mustard or some other spread I did not want, and unwanted flavor and calories, in order to place the order; \n(4) I was emailed 2 total charges: a promo charge...

Staff is nice, foods it quick.
What I often do is grab a bagel sandwich loaded for my self and a bag or 2 of the day old Bengals and a tub or 2 or 3 of jalapeno cream cheese (truly awesome) which I take back to share with my coworkers. It hard to beat the value on those and they are still outstanding.

Also I was just introduced to their sugar cookies, holy cow are the freaking good.

I can't remember when I first started coming here, it's been loads of years. There was a time that I came once a week and one of the employees learned my order, loved that! Now, it's a little less often which is sad. Today I stopped in for my usual order - turkey sandwich on a plain bagel, bacon scallion cream cheese, lettuce, red onion, and sprouts.
