This bagel spot is seriously just one of the best. Good bagels. Cream cheese spreads the chefs kiss. The jalapeƱo one is my fave. The customer service is outstanding. And I mean outstanding. So accommodating and so friendly. Make this your new bagel place.

This was possibly the worst bagel experience of my life, I went in on a Saturday morning at 10am When I went to order the manager Ayla Was unbelievably rude to me she gave me nasty looks And kept scoffing while I was ordering my bagel, After that rude encounter when I received my bagel after waiting far too long, my bagel was completely smashed and disfigured. Iām not sure why she was so upset or what my bagel did to her. This is not OK. I was nice throughout the whole thing and I was still treated like trash. If this is what management is like at this bagel establishment I certainly will never be ordering a bagel again

A great bagel at the right price, I give it a D for delightful. I've tried every Bagel place in Boise, Blue Sky is a classic and the best. This place is no frills, just bagels with a larger selection of bagel flavors than other bagelries in Boise.

Went in at 2:00 on a Sunday making sure it wasnāt too close to closing. I was invisible I guess. There was three people and I stood at the counter ready to order for close to 5 min. One person was ringing the previous customer up and the was training another employee. During ātrainingā they walked up to the counter in front of me and took the cutting board to teach the other person how to clean it. Then those two went to the back. Still not greeting me or even noticing me or even acknowledging me to help me understand they were busy and would be right with me. After close to 5 min I turned and walked out hoping I might get stopped. Bad business. Donāt be open if you donāt want the business. Just at least acknowledge someone when they are waiting. I would have waited 10 min if they acknowledged me and said they will be right there.

4 stars because their soda machine is FLAT. If youāre going to charge $3 for a coke you should have your mix and co2 levels correct.
There was only a small amount of cream cheese on one side of the bagel. The bagel was dry and small. The workers today where in training and the manager kept repeating that there were contaminating everything, but didnāt help to make sure there where doing anything correctly. Then she told them she was going home. Skip this place.
