I haven't been to this joint for a hot minute. There's a Boise Boba conveniently by my house so I always stop at that one before I head downtown. I wanted something sweet to drink this afternoon. The District is my usual go to since they are across the street from me. But they are currently closed for the building remodel so I made me way to Boise Boba.
It was later in the afternoon when I stopped in. It was chill. The sweet gal that was working was hanging out. I looked over the menu board to see if there were any new flavor combos I might have missed. I have pretty much tried all their fruity teas and they are all so good. I went with the Berry Nice today.
My drink was good as usual, nice and fruity. The lychee jellies are a fun touch to the drink. Baby girl that a working was really sweet. Glad I stopped in today for an afternoon drink.

Service is good but the tapioca in the boba isn't the best (tastes like the pre-packaged stuff a lot of places serve that aren't serious about their boba but not sure what their source is, just has a similar taste/texture to me) which brings down the whole taste / experience.
The drinks are okay, especially if you like the poppers or jellies (my kids love them but those are too sweet for my taste).

Although Boise Boba is a fun place and has alright Boba their employees are so poorly treated! Being put alone on a hot summer day and having to take orders while also trying to balance making them. It even causes to Boba itself to be poor! I've gotten completely water downed teas at this place that don't taste like anything but blended ice. I feel very bad for the people that work here and aren't even being payed well. I expect better from you Boise Boba!!

My visit was disappointing. The Thai tea was overly milky and excessively sweet, lacking in flavors. The customer service was unresponsive and rude, with no effort to address my concerns. I won't be returning!

DUUUUUDE came here Sunday April 28th, the two individuals working were so welcoming and made great suggestions and even greater drinks. The boba-to-beverage ratio is perfect, I got a blended strawberry peach coconut with red bull and original boba, its to die for. Will be taking all my friends here 10/10 do recommend!
