Food was very good, I just wish it was more like ID pricing, not CA pricing.
I liked the blonde that I drank, it was hoping for a Belgium.
Will undoubtedly be back though :).
My husband and I decided to enjoy a drink at Boise Brewing on a Saturday afternoon. We sat outside with our golden retriever, Ranger. After my husband ordered inside the bar area, the bartender helped him bring out our drinks and when he saw Ranger offered him a treat and to bring out a bowl of water. We graciously accepted both. He quickly returned with a bowl of ice water. Ranger loves ice so much that he quickly dove in, snoot deep, to retrieve and crunch all the ice. He went from panting to content in 2 seconds flat. Most dog friendly places offer water dishes, but I feel like Boise Brewing went above and beyond yesterday. We will for sure be adding them to our Ranger-friendly rotation.
Went loved the atmosphere! After I was seated I started off with a mimosa and corn fritters was delicious. Then ordered THE WRAPTURE
Grilled chicken, mixed greens, black beans, fire-roasted corn, pico, tortilla strips, house-made cilantro lime dressing, shredded cheddar and pepperjack cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla. I was worried because I had not had anything like that before. And it was delicious. Definitely recommend this place and looking forward to going again and next time trying the root beer float.
Food is so so (taste below average), but beers are pretty good
I stopped by Boise Brewing Company and really enjoyed the atmosphere—it’s a great local spot with a solid beer selection and friendly service. I ordered the Italian sandwich with fries, but unfortunately both came out extremely salty, which took away from the overall experience. I know everyone has different tastes, so it might just have been an off day in the kitchen. I’d still be open to giving it another try in the future, but this visit was just okay. 3 stars.
Best burger I have ever had and our waitress was extremely nice.
Nice place with great service. Tried several beers - and ended up choosing a glass of wine instead. 'Nuff said 😉
I love this place so much! The atmosphere is cool, especially the taproom where you are sitting right next to the brewing equipment, and good people watching from the patio in the summer.
The smash burger is my favorite burger in town and I’m have yet to find another place that can compete with the craft beer. There’s something for everyone, from light beer to hoppy double IPA’s, and always something new on tap. This is our go to place when we are downtown.

This place is AWESOME!!! Ty, our server, was so incredibly helpful. We had questions about the artisan ceramic mugs with numbers… and it turns out this place allows owners to buy in at pretty low prices…. And they make a little profit while supporting a local small business. Also… Boise Brewing contributes handsomely to local charities. Thank you, Ty, for explaining all the brews, helping us get the perfect drink, and to the cooks for the totally delicious food. So glad we walked in on this rare visit to Boise. Ty is probably one of the best servers we’ve had in a very long time.

The black bean taquitos are absolutely delicious, as are the fries. I love that they have a few vegetarian options, which can be hard to find at Boise breweries. The servers are also really nice. My one complaint is they have really harsh overhead lighting which can kill the vibe. Would love it if they would change out their lightbulbs to warmer light, but that’s a small quibble.
Vegetarian options: Multiple options, all black-bean based.

Great brewpub with really tasty beers and delicious food. The loaded fries were more than just loaded fries, and the Rodeo burger was just perfect. Definitely in the top 5 burgers of my whole burger eating life! 100%

We recently had our vow renewal at Boise Brewing. We have nothing but good things to say about the food, beer, atmosphere and overall experience! Triton's communication made the planning so easy. We highly recommend Boise Brewing for casual dinner, grabbing a beer with friends or a special event.

Staff is great, food and beer was solid. Awful planning on how to manage large crowds. Was told I had to wait in a specific area to get food after already moving to another part of the brewery and ended up not getting my food until I waited through the line to get another drink after finishing my first. Don't go when busy
We just had our wedding reception at Boise Brewing and it was the most amazing experience start to finish! The management and staff at the brewery were so pleasant to work with and incredibly helpful! I would highly recommend them for any event, and I can’t thank them enough for the part they played in making our day perfect!
