šŸ˜€Love the service here. State Street BFC manager Tyson created a great positive vibe from entry to exit for me and my boys last night. Thanks BFC, one of our favorites.

very good food but for the very high price it is only a lot of fries the buger is small but tasty. but way over priced. more then likely will not go back.

Delicious! A very fun Fry experience while visiting Boise. Well worth a visit. So many flavors for sauces, potatoes and seasonings!

Worst service I’ve ever seen. Two of our party ordered food and paid then they turned away the third in our group because it was 7:20 and they were going to close at 8:00.
I understand not serving after a certain time, but splitting a group up is ridiculous.

Then they ā€œforgotā€ to cook my friend’s order. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

Stopped by to try the potatoes ! I had the garlic Parmesan fries with purple potato’s they were ok what made them better was the smoked jalapeƱo ranch O M G…that is some of the best dipping sauce I have ever had. I also tried the FRYCHOS, they weren’t too bad the queso tasted a little funny like it had nutritional yeast in it but overall it wasn’t bad. I will be going back to try the bison burger.

Large portion of fries, super nice! And great idea to have unsweetened ice tea in the soda fountain.

5 kinds of potatoes? Check. Potatoes in various forms such a French fry, curly fry, ball, etc.? Check. Flavored homemade dips and ranches? Check. WOW! These potatoes were amazing. Got to try totally different and new kinds of potatoes in addition to the expected Idaho classics. The jalapeƱo ranch was LIFE CHANGINGLY GOOD. We visited multiple Boise Fry Co locations during our weekend in Boise and this was the best one in terms of wait time, taste, and fry quality. It was a magical Mecca of potatoes!!!! WOULD TOTALLY COME BACK TO BOISE JUST FOR THESE POTATOES. They are THAT good!!!!

We're regulars at Boise Fry Company and for the first time we tried to order pickup last Friday night so that we could grab the food and meet a friend. We showed up on time and were told that they missed the pickup order and it would be another 20 minutes. We waited, and when the food came, they forgot one of the burgers, so we waited again. We missed meeting our friend. One of the servers was apologetic, but the others seemed indifferent. Not the best experience, but the food was good.

Well, the variety is great, but flavors of the sweet potato fries are nothing special, the standard fries were very good. The seasoning station is OK, but as the oils have already soaked into the taters by the time you get them, the seasonings don't stick. Burgers were Good yet overpriced. I've had better burgers at 5 Guys. The burgers are MUCH Better than your standard fast food places. The dipping sauces are better than the standard Ketchup, but pick your flavors carefully, the Huckleberry was not very tasty at all. Overall an OK place, but overpriced!

Got a double bison burger that was dry, though they tend to be that way, so not a big deal. Their curly fries weren't very good, though, and that was a letdown, given the nature of the restaurant. They may have better stuff on the menu, but was I got was rather mediocre.

Great burger and fries. The dipping sauces and dry spice selections take it to the next level. The brussel sprouts are some of the best that I've ever had. Will be returning!

Distinctive approach to fries ... Which works well in the potato state. Had a great bison burger. Plenty of seating (inside and out). Right on Capitol Street so excellent people watching. Good music. Near a parking garage. In and out of you want ... Or hang out.

For a place that advertises Idaho's best fries, burgers on the side. It was somewhat of a disappointment. The fries were just ok, not bad, but not what we were expecting. The different seasonings and sauces were good, the service was excellent, the downtown location had a great atmosphere, and the burgers were exceptional.
