Food was alright, the sauces and salts help. The menu online is inaccurate. When we got there, we found out that many things were no longer on the menu. Also, didn't appreciate the negative response to questions I had about the menu options.

So so upset, just got purple fries, can't eat a single one because they all came out stale and nasty, waste of money, and I'm still hungry, and too broke to afford to get something actually worth eating now.

Not anything I would recommend

For some reason they killed the best thing on the menu, funghi burger. Please bring it back!
January 2011 is when I first tried Boise Fry. It was the downtown location and it was so good the first time to tried it, I’ve been chasing that high ever since. Not all Boise Frys are alike and I have been disappointed in some other locations over the years. Yesterday, the Bown location, reminded me of that first time again. Even my wife agreed with me. I love what they’re doing now and I hope they never change.

We were visiting from NC and this was at the top of my list for places to try. I was so disappointed. The fries were soggy and the burgers were nothing special. The fries were the biggest disappointment considering the name. The service was also terrible as the person taking our order seemed a little inpatient with the fact that we didn’t know the menu.He also told us he would bring our order out to us. We chose to sit outside and after a while went to check on our order only to find it sitting on the counter. The food was slightly cold when we ate it. We did see him bring food out to a table next to us, so we had no reason to believe he wouldn’t bring it out as he told is he would. I also was feeling nice and gave a 15% tip when I placed the order, which I don’t normally do for counter service. I wouldn’t go here again.

Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Definitely not. Save your money. Used to be something you could count on. Now, the last 3 orders have been expensive disappointments. I’m done gambling. Better food from the Wendy’s drive thru. Sure it’s lower quality . But, at least it’s not posing as something else. Weak.

I think Burgers were okay. Some might say mid, but the fries are super good with all of their sauce options! I also recommend the strawberry shake. Very nice employees too!

Amazing fries and burgers. The store was pretty dirty and they only had 1/6 varieties of potato for the fries available. Good food- just a few issues with quality and cleanliness.
