😀Love the service here. State Street BFC manager Tyson created a great positive vibe from entry to exit for me and my boys last night. Thanks BFC, one of our favorites.

very good food but for the very high price it is only a lot of fries the buger is small but tasty. but way over priced. more then likely will not go back.

Amazing garlic aioli sauce especially when you dip your burger into it 😋.

Great milkshake and burger. I was reluctant to come back here but was in for a pleasant surprise because the organization, service, speed, and professionalism was great this time. The manager was upbeat, conversational, and very attentive to his staff and customers.

Food really wasn't very good. Place was dirty and full of flies. Service was meh. Not impressed. Will try downtown location next time.

I have had BFC before, and from what I recall it was pretty good. Must be an off day or something. I placed an online order and when I got there the fries weren't done cooking. No big deal, I'm getting fresh fries. Sorta, they were kind of al dente and barely (if at all seasoned). BTW, they were also the wrong kind. White instead of red. Any way, I also ordered the BBQ burger because it sounded pretty tasty. It was bland. Fortunately they gave me some mustard and that set it off nicely. The burger itself was overcooked and very dry.
Like I said, maybe just an off day.

This restaurant offers a unique dining experience, focusing on a variety of potatoes. They serve russet potatoes, golden potatoes, sweet potatoes, and red potatoes, all prepared in different styles. You can find classic thick-cut fries, thin fries, and curly fries, each offering a distinct and delightful experience! The potatoes are sourced directly from Idaho, ensuring they are fresh and delicious.

The restaurant provides a wide range of dipping sauces and seasoning options, including sea salt, garlic rosemary salt, and pepper salt. Sauces range from the classic ketchup to spicy ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce, and spicy BBQ sauce. The fries are freshly fried and left unseasoned, allowing you to customize them with your choice of seasonings and dips.

In addition to fries, the restaurant also offers burgers and sandwiches. The turkey original burger is highly recommended – it's incredibly tasty! The staff here are friendly and patient, taking the time to explain the different products and options available.

However, there is one significant downside: the cleanliness of the dining area. There were a lot of flies around the tables, which greatly impacted the dining experience and appetite. This is something that definitely needs improvement. It can be quite annoying to constantly swat away flies while trying to enjoy a meal.

Overall, the food quality and service are excellent, but improving the hygiene would make the dining experience much more enjoyable.

They need to change the name to Boise Fly Company. I wish I had read the most recent review about how dirty this place was because they were 100% correct. We arrived at opening so you would think tables would at least be clean. Nothing in this place was clean and the flies were horrible!

Omg. It was so dirty. Sticky layered nasty tables, sticky fingerprints on back of booth.my leg stuck to the picnic style bench by icky stuff. Clearly not where I want to eat. Floors dirty

Classic cheeseburger was good but terrible problem with flies inside the dining room. Made it difficult to enjoy the food.

It's the closest thing to a burger pub in a mall setting. Great fries and burgers, some brews, indoor and outdoor seating

Went here because we were gifted a gift card that prominently displayed there logo for a birthday lunch. We were informed after waiting in line and ordering that they do not in fact accept this gift card. Obviously this created an awkward and disappointing experience. I would never pay for one of the rare tourist trap type restaurants that exist in Boise as a local but go hog wild if you’ve never had yam fries and mediocre backyard cheeseburgers.
