How about prioritizing people actually here in person?

They seem to be making endless smoothies for online order pickup instead.

It's a cool juice place my wife and I enjoyed our juice shots. The kids enjoyed their smoothies. The açaí bowls looked good.

Picked up an order. 6 employees standing around talking. They saw my wife wave at them and they just all continued talking for another 2-3 minutes before one of them came to help. Order was just sitting there ready. She then just handed it to my wife without a word. Must be tough being rude and having nothing to do...

Fresh fruit - my friends love the smoothies

I absolutely LOVE this place. I would say I come here at least 2 times a week and it’s always just what I’m craving. Not only is the food delicious but their customer service is spot on. They actually listen to their customers and help them! I will be a life long costumer for sure.

Berry expensive but good

Great place to get just what you need. Took my friend, who has a special diet, and the staff was so patient, answered lots of questions, and made him a bowl he just loved. That is a team that cares about their customers and serves amazing quality food. If you're looking for a place to get what you want, while including what you need, this team knows the magic. Way to Go.

Great place but was a little misleading. I thought all the juices were done to order not pre-made

There are not a lot of places in Boise where you can have açaí bowls and Boise juice company is definitely where you want to have it. The açaí bowls are in great quality with reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and patient with the first time customers who don’t know what to order. They also offer the fresh pressed juices which also come with great qualities. Highly recommended for those who want to eat healthy.

I’ve gone in a couple times and I know that it takes a little bit to get an order which is totally fine, but I went in one day where there wasn’t really a big rush or anything and ordered one smoothie. After 30 minutes of waiting I had to leave because I had other places to be so I waited at the counter for another five minutes until someone finally noticed and came out. I asked them to please refund my gift card which I used to buy the smoothie and they said instead they would give me 15 dollars credit on the app. I left feeling pretty good because that was a really nice way to handle a situation like that but two days later I was going to place and order online for pickup and I noticed that they did not give me any store credit. I payed for a smoothie that I did not end up getting…. Not the best experience :/

I'm addicted to their acai bowls. It would be even better if they had a peanut butter topping add-on.
