We wanted to love this shop and we were excited for they a new local spot, but unfortunately I don’t think we’ll be back. We got two lattes and one that I order at every shop I go to was just okay. The second was not drinkable as the taste was very poor. They were out of the drink we ordered and offered to make something similar and it was not drinkable. We also had egg white bites and a burrito, which were just okay. The cost was high for our order and we powered through what we could simply for that reason. I truly hate to write a negative review, but it was a disappointing experience.

Not a good experience. The people/kids who work here are rude and the coffee was bitter. They messed up my order several times and still couldn’t get it right. There is a better coffee shop up the street! Don’t waste your time here.

Love this gem. I’ve had the matcha, an americano, and an iced tea—all top notch. My daughter praised her danish. The baklava was flaky and syrupy in the best way. Super clean shop. Music not too loud. Lots of light. This would be a great place to work or study for hours.

Outstanding tea and coffee, they know the difference and understand the flavors of proper European coffee end styles of service. Pleasant and approachable demeanor from staff willing to provide the customer what they want.

Nice food options. Our drinks were all tasty. They were a bit slow and forgot one drink but the fixed it and everything was tasty. The matcha latte was excellent.

I can’t say enough good things about Brewed Coffee! I stopped in and the barista recommended the rose iced latte and oh my god it was genuinely the best coffee I’ve ever had. I’m not kidding. It was perfectly balanced, floral without being too sweet, and just so refreshing.
I also grabbed the turkey pesto avocado sandwich which was delicious but I’ve got to say their pesto, cheese, and tomato sandwich is on another level. It might honestly be one of the best sandwiches in Boise.
But what made the experience even better was the barista. Hands down the nicest most personable barista I’ve ever met in the city. They were warm, welcoming, and made every guest feel like a regular.
If you’re in Boise and haven’t been to Brewed yet you’re seriously missing out.

I go into a lot of coffee houses and ask if they can make me an Affogato and am regularly disappointed.
But not yesterday!
I went in and even though it is not listed on the coffee menu I asked anyway expecting disappointment.
Wow! I was so happy to hear they would make me one, and it was delicious. They happen to have gelato in many flavors and thankfully vanilla.
I was very impressed with the taste of my desert coffee and happy that they would accommodate my request.
I would recommend this place to anyone.
Quality of drinks fine, quality of snacks fine, ambiance fine. Service great. Prices are for something better than fine.

Can’t even rate nothing cause I show up and online they said there open but I get there after a 30 minute drive and there closed even tho online they say there open on google and there website so dumb
It’s ok!!! Nice spot to sit and get some work done or hang with a friend. There was no music playing though, that felt a lil odd to me but that’s not a bad thing of course! Depending on why you’re there you might prefer that! :) As far as the coffee, I’m not sure if that’s meant to be European, or what part of Europe. If you’re expecting German or Italian coffee, I personally wouldn’t send ya here. Overall though it’s decent! I just wasn’t impressed. I’d suggest they remove the ice from the water dispenser, turn off the A/C and open the doors(assuming it’s not too hot out). And remove all flavor syrups, and drip from the menu. That’s just my opinion of course so you should try it for yourself cause I’m picky!! :)
Our favorite coffee shop in east Boise. Excellent coffee and food, in a great location with a clean, quiet atmosphere. The staff are lovely.
BEST COFFEE SPOT IN BOISE! 👏 Everyone is so friendly, the place is always so clean and welcoming. The coffee is top notch, and they have awesome grab-and-go brunch items and pastries etc.. great spot to have a team lunch meeting at too. 10/10.
This place exceeded my expectations, it was a delicious latte. And we needed another coffee shop on the east end. Will be back.
