August 17 2024, my husband and I went here for our 8th wedding anniversary. Patrick was our server. First time ever in here as well. Idk where to start but let's start with food. The food was amazing beyond tasteful! Shout out to cooks in the back for outstanding food. Patrick amazing ! Customer service, made us laugh , host us extremely perfect and he is well acknowledged with restaurant food and drinks. Music was lovely just wonderful. Restaurant well clean and kept, just do wish fix A/c situation but we didn't let that affect us. Because Patrick kept a smile on our face to enjoy our dinner night. My husband and I definitely see ourselves coming back to enjoy more great memories in here. Thank you Patrick, thank you chef , thank you pianist, thank you host greeter, thank you The Brickyard !

Our server was amazing-One of the best we’ve ever had-the food was outstanding. literally everything we ate down to bread, salad,‘s, appetizers. Amazing Short ribs, my husband had steak and my son had steak frites, all delectable. Both raved about their meals. The atmosphere in the back room was loud and not well lit but otherwise everything was superb!

Outstanding service in a warm, cozy, and musical environment. Food was excellent starting with a delicious salad served with fresh baked rolls. Our chateaubriand was prepared with great attention to detail served at a perfect temperature alongside roasted fresh vegetables, sautéed wild mushrooms and interesting potato sides. The background piano was fantastic!

What an experience! We were in Boise for the first time and a friend recommended we try this place for our anniversary. Patrick was our waiter and he was wonderful! Top notch service. The oysters Rockefellers were heaven. My only slight critique was that my halibut was very dry and lacked some flavor. I only had a couple of bites and just ate the mashed potatoes, which were wonderful! This place was a wonderful experience and we would absolutely come here again should we return to Boise.

A phenomenally well executed & locally owned steakhouse. Having been to Chandler’s, which is arguably the established gold standard, and Steak houses for Boise, the brickyard offers a more modern take, but without any of the pretentiousness. They happily live into a vibe of inclusivity and warmth, which makes the menu and overall energy very approachable while still premium. Highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed. Our group had the oysters, bread service, table side salad preparation (HIGHLY recommended), and a range of their steaks (ribeye, Wellington, strip) with different potatoes preparations (mashed, baked, fritter). The steaks were cooked to the correctly temp, and brought out properly coursed with enough time between our starters and the salad prep. Looking forward to the next visit!

This place is my yearly dinner spot for my birthday celebration. The food is always spot on, the drinks are fantastic, and the dueling pianos are a freaking blast. While the food is on the spendy side for an Idaho restaurant, it is worth every penny, and I have never been disappointed in my meal. Go for a date night on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evening, stay until 10 when the pianos start going, request some songs, and kick back and relax for a fun filled evening every single time. They have quite literally never ever let me down.

My husband and I dined here for the first time last night, for my birthday.
What a beautiful restaurant! We ordered chateaubriand for two. It was beyond delicious! We highly recommend this choice. I chose the table side salad with their green goddess dressing. Yum! My husband ordered the Yukon gold and bacon soup. He loved it!
Our servers were just topnotch from start to finish. The food was 10+ and the piano music was so lovely.
We enjoyed our evening so much and highly recommend this restaurant. It is our new favorite!!

We went to Brickyard for our anniversary. At first they seated us at a booth right by the front door. The booth felt claustrophobic and it wasn’t a very romantic setting. We asked to change to a table with chairs and after 5 minutes they moved us. This time, we were closer to the piano and it was the romantic feel we were expecting. The food was exceptional! The rolls they serve are delicious. The elk was tender and flavorful! The plating was beautiful. The service was top notch. We enjoyed our date and look forward to going back!
