We were really disappointed with our experience at The Brick House tonight. We had a 6:30 reservation and arrived early at 6:20, expecting an enjoyable dinner before our haunted trolley tour.
We didn’t even order appetizers, and honestly didn’t think we’d need an hour and a half to get two steaks. After more than an hour and ten minutes, our food still hadn’t arrived. It seemed that a large table of 10+ men took priority over us despite having a reservation.
To make matters worse, a manager never came by our table to check in or acknowledge the delay. We ended up taking $150 worth of steaks to go — not exactly the “treat” we had planned for a Tuesday night. This has always been one of our favorite steakhouses, but after this experience, we didn’t feel valued as customers. With so many new steakhouses opening in town, we’ll be trying others next time.

Great steak, live piano (dueling in Fridays and Saturdays). Very fun, and a great ambiance for both romance and business dinners. Table side salad service is fun too, letting each person customize their salad ahead of a nice steak.

I am not one to often write a review, but this place has inspired me to. A wonderful dinner experience, we think our best from this 3 week vacation! The service was exceptional from the minute we arrived at the host stand. We had no reservation and were welcomed and sat promptly. The dining room continued to fill up while we were there, but the service never faltered. Our server Patrick and his colleagues were genuinely lovely to Chat with and were attentive, with no fake/ forced/ over the top enthusiasm (sometimes that can be overwhelming). Our steaks were some of the best we’ve had in the USA easily, perfectly seasoned and cooked remarkably to preference. The salad was perfectly fresh and made at the table side, completely customizable. The huckleberry dressing mixed with blue cheese was the best combination! Would dine here again without second thought if we were back in the area.

We'll add to the many glowing reviews of the Brickyard. We immediately were seated (had reservation) in the piano room at a comfortable booth. The server was knowledgeable about allergy questions and offered many options and answered questions easily. The food and the atmosphere and the service were all very 'fancy' and appropriate for an anniversary dinner. The live piano was a nice touch and a perfect volume to drown out neighbor conversations and offer more privacy to each table. The food was very good and the service was equally impressive.

It was our first time at the Brickyard. I thought at first that it was just going to be good food, but our waitress Megan was phenomenal. She made it welcoming and fun. It wasn't just eating dinner it was a whole experience! It was my wife's birthday and they even wrote her a card and treated her like a Queen. The food also was outstanding. Thanks Megan for the great night!! We will for sure be going again.

Really great dining experience with fair pricing. Great service and nice ambiance. They made my wife feel special on her birthday with a card signed by the employees and free dessert.

One of the best meals of my life, portions were insane and you cannot beat the price for what you get. Add on top of that the best service (shout out Megs) I’ve ever had and world class ambiance. Wish there were more stars cause they deserve it, could not recommend it more.

I cannot say enough great things about The Brickyard! From the time you walk in the door till you leave everything and I mens everything is perfect and fun! Our wait staff both in the bar and at our table were very attentive, knowledgeable, and fun. The food. WOW! DELICIOUS! Then love piano music and singers on Saturday night. Make sure you stick around for it. The best in town! So much fun! They take requests, people dance, and you have THE BEST TIME! Thank you to everyone who made our night so memorable and fun!
