I’ve been taking my little sister here every year for her birthday for the last couple years. It was a tradition that we really loved. This year I was sick so my mom decided to take the kids instead. We usually spend about $60 when we come in and do this. The guy told them to leave when he heard my son needed to use the restroom. They were not there just to use the restroom. They also never asked to use your restroom. We were there to spend money and we were sent away. I wasn’t upset about the situation until I read the reply to my mom‘s review. We were not there just to use your bathroom. They were there because it’s a family tradition and bad customer service may have just ruined any of us coming back.
Here’s a recap of what actually happened when they tried to order- my momlooked at my son and said, “Can you make it buddy?” The guy said, “It’s okay, you can leave and come back after you find a bathroom.”
I get not having a public bathroom and we’re ok with that. It was being dismissed that she was upset about. I would like to be able to come back but now it feels wrong.

Entered with my 5 year old grandson who has to pee. I was told to leave and come back after I found a bathroom for him. Guy was wearing earbuds when we came didn’t seem particularly interested in selling us anything, but absolutely wanted us to leave, which we did and we will not be returning.

We got Pumpkin spice boba and Brown Sugar. The only thing that makes me come back is the staff. Especially Randy, very generous kind and funny person. My kids enjoyed their time today. I wish I could rate it more :). Our favorite store. Definitely recommended

The atmosphere was very nice and fun. I enjoyed the customer service. The bubba itself is a nice twist where you semi self serve and the bubble part was new and enjoyable. The guy named randy was very nice and had a good attitude that helped with mine.

Definitely the most unique boba experience in Boise! I always make a stop when I'm passing by. You can fill up your own cup and then you get some free toppings as well, fully customizable and really makes for some fun flavors.
Haven't tried anything else, I'm really just a boba guy. Also shoutout to Haley for always giving exceptional customer service!
Came in to snack and sip while I write for DND! Staff was nice and the general vibes are good. It's really quiet with no music which took me off guard initially, since I'm used to boba places with music, but I have earbuds for a reason lol! Boba was self serve and nice! It was limited due to me coming in as they were deep cleaning, but I'm going to come back for sure!

Had the Boba and the bubble waffles and both were outstanding. The build your own Boba tea was an amazing idea and I loved the flavor options. The bubble waffle was a last minute add to the order because it smelled amazing. The waffle was perfectly crisp and my kiddo and I are already planning our next visit.
