The atmosphere was very nice and fun. I enjoyed the customer service. The bubba itself is a nice twist where you semi self serve and the bubble part was new and enjoyable. The guy named randy was very nice and had a good attitude that helped with mine.

Definitely the most unique boba experience in Boise! I always make a stop when I'm passing by. You can fill up your own cup and then you get some free toppings as well, fully customizable and really makes for some fun flavors.
Haven't tried anything else, I'm really just a boba guy. Also shoutout to Haley for always giving exceptional customer service!

Came in to snack and sip while I write for DND! Staff was nice and the general vibes are good. It's really quiet with no music which took me off guard initially, since I'm used to boba places with music, but I have earbuds for a reason lol! Boba was self serve and nice! It was limited due to me coming in as they were deep cleaning, but I'm going to come back for sure!

Had the Boba and the bubble waffles and both were outstanding. The build your own Boba tea was an amazing idea and I loved the flavor options. The bubble waffle was a last minute add to the order because it smelled amazing. The waffle was perfectly crisp and my kiddo and I are already planning our next visit.

I was a bit sad when I visited Bubbles and Boba. The place lacks any esthetics and feels hollow and cold, but has great potential! Cozy seating and fake plants would add a lot to seating area. I really don’t see the value in the self-serve deal here as the employees still have to do quite a bit for you. Just make it full-service! The boba was yummy!
Man, one of the best boba teas I’ve had ages and the young lady that served me was so sweet! I had a brown sugar tea and it barely made it home with me, couldn’t stop drinking it lol Looking forward to trying more teas in the future:)

The first time we came, we had a poor experience with the owner, but the staff was super nice so we came back for another try, had another poor experience with the owner. We take our family out to boba 2- 3x a week, so we won’t be returning here when there are better options, better boba and better customer service.

The milk tea and Oreo waffle were amazing! As the flavors are rotating, I wish they posted what their available options were daily so I could check before making the drive. I was sad they didn't have any taro flavors when I went, but I'll be back when they do!

Boba drink was way too sweet. Boba pearls were hard. The ice cream was icey in texture and the marshmallows were very hard. They ran out of fruity pepples and just put the dust from the bottom of the bag onto the dessert. There are not very many choices for people who don't like or can't have chocolate. For the price I expected better. It set up that you can choose your own drink toppings. Its a great idea but they really need to work on a few things. The level of sweetness and better quality of ice cream and dessert toppings. I live in Nampa and was in Boise for the day wanted to try it out. Was VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞
