Boba was good, not the best in the boise area. The service here was awful. The workers seemed very unwelcoming and annoyed that there were people in their store. I tried to ask questions but they were super short and seemed irritated. Self serve boba is a fun concept, but I don't think i'll be back.

Bu bu bu bu bubbalin. Bu bu bu bu bubbalin. Bubbalin Over. Bubbalin Over. It is a rare occasion I bequeath a 2-star review, but this doesn't deserve to be called Boba. I also tried the waffle and it was drier than the sauna I used last night. The interior was nice and clean, and there's lots of parking in the shopping center.
Great and fun self serving boba bar. My kids loved this and it was a great experience for everyone. Everything seemed cleaned and sanitary. The man working was so kind and even replaced my daughters drink for free. after we spilled it.

They were out of honey boba and we had to wait 15 minutes for it for my daughter, but they were so nice and respectful when we came back that I would go there everyday. The check out lady was beautiful, so that helped,

I took my kiddos to give it a try, as it had been recommended to me. They LOVED it, 5 out of 5 stars from them, as they could pick their own toppers and drinks and combo them however they saw fit!For myself I would give it a 2.5-3 out of 5. I got just the straight Taro milk tea with brown sugar pearls. The Taro tasted almost soured(?) to me, and the pearls were super sweet. I wouldn't go again for my own drink, but I would take my kids for their own drink concoction if we were in the area.
