Went there at 11:30pm on 2-22-25 and had the worse service I’ve ever had. We had three different servers and they were really rude unprovoked. My husband ordered a margarita and they checked his id of course and that’s fine. They then came back twice and took his id away from the table both times and made a smart remark about fake ids. The second time they took it a blonde came back to our table slammed his id down and said “this expires at the end of the year” RUDELY! Not sure why my husbands id expiring in 10 MONTHS was something to have an attitude for? I’m not sure if they’ve never seen an Alabama id or what. Which is crazy considering they are an hour away from a military town. Also they got my order wrong which is normal if you’re more worried about serving an attitude instead of food. They also didnt bring my receipt or change back for 15 minutes after taking my cash I had to ask for it so we could leave. To the two blondes (one with glasses) and the black haired girl with money pieces. If you’re not in the mood to serve get a different job !!! Nobody is forcing you. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would.

Been a couple of times, will not be back. The prices, for the quality of the food and the service is just abysmal. I have no idea how they stay in business charging what they do for low end, barely mediocre chicken wings. Lower your prices. Terrible to zero value here.

There was a mistake with my order that I only noticed after getting back to my hotel. Not only did they fix the mistake but they also gave me 5 additional wings for the confusion. Great service! Shout out to Kristen and the other guy who's name I did not get! Give them both a raise!

Really kinda weird how they just bring random items out as they’re done instead of just bringing the whole tables food out at once. Random fries with no ketchup or sauce. Cold by the time our food arrived. Brought our 3 year old her food before anyone else so she was done by the time we tried to start to eat. I say try because she was full and ready to leave by the time we got our food.

Never got the food I ordered but got someone else’s order then was told we needed to leave because we were on video doing a small dance when we walked in on a Friday night@ 9pm. Used to love this place but never again. Manager was good but other staff was not very inviting.

I normally might not review a place like BDubs, but after our visit this weekend I felt compelled. Mostly this review is for our great server that our group had on Sunday. Johnathon. He took AMAZING care of us, was so friendly, and had a great smile as he served us. We were there for the duration of the football game and even when it got busier he did a great job of serving all his tables with a smile. Please give him kudos for this!
I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Tots off the App Menu. YUM! All my favorite things: Blue Cheese, Buffalo Sauce, and Green onions. The tots were crispy and the shredded chicken was great. I would def. suggest this to you and it is def. filling enough to have as a dinner.
I was STOKED to see they had cauliflower wings! I didn't try them this time, but I def. will next time.
Cheers to BDubs, I haven't been in a few years, and now I feel like I might stop back in more frequently!

Buffalo Wild Wings normally has some of the worst service I've ever seen, but on a recent visit we had Micah as a server, and he was INCREDIBLE. I'm begging management to let Micah train the rest of the servers because he really set a standard that I'm sure the others won't be able to hold up. Guys like Micah need to be recognised for a job well done.
Owner must not care about much, since they copy and paste the same lame reply to every negative review - clearly not addressing and fixing the issues that persist here. Go anywhere else unless you want to be ignored by the staff and only get half your food on time.

My parents and I were at the downtown Boise Buffalo Wild Wings on January 25th, 2025 and the service was awful. It was mainly my parents meals. The salads weren't what they wanted and the chicken wings my mom ordered were not warm enough. They may have been cooked well but sitting for too long. My mom never ate her salad or chicken wings. They didn't get silverware in a timely manner. It's probably the worst restaurant experience we have ever had.

Came in to grab some lunch today. The sign said, "Seat yourself, and we will be with you." We walked around to find a game on the tvs that we wanted to watch, and we found a table by the bar. Wasn't busy in there, maybe 5 tables. No one came to help us. I scanned the qr code, and it wouldn't allow me to order. Not one of the 7 servers acknowledged us. Sat there for 15 minutes with many staff walking by out table before we just walked out. Customer service here is horrible.
