Absolutely awful experience. The worst service I have had. Probably could have gone out harvested the crops, cooked the food, and served it fast than they could have taken our order. I had to get up to ask for waters but didn’t ask us if we wanted any other drinks. Very disappointed and the manager was rude when I asked for better service.

Went there for lunch with seven other people and the restaurant was dead. The service still sucked it was slow and the waitress forgot multiple people's orders and got other orders wrong. The time I visited this location before we waited at our table for over 30 minutes before standing up and walking off due to nobody coming and taking our order.

Terrible experience. The manager straight up ripped me off in front of the customers. I asked the manager with glasses to measure the drinks and I showed how we were getting ripped off. She then got angry and was ugly about it. The customers agreed with each other about the problems. She doesn't know how to deal with customers. This is the worst experience out of dozens of BWW's that I have been to.
5 stars for the drink the bartender made, and by far one of the best locations for the outdoor patio. Unfortunately the service is really poor on slow nights, our server forgot our food in the window for quite a while before bringing it out, and we had to ask a few times for drinks. This location has a lot of potential and friendly staff, hopefully our next visit will bring a better updated review.

Meh. Chain restaurant... I liked the mango habañero sauce on my wings. It was spicy enough to kill my taste buds so I wasn't able to taste my hamburger. My wife had the garlic Parmesan sauce and it roared through her like a freight train. The place was fairly empty when we ate... The server was nice but seemed inexperienced.
I can say I tried it.
Edit: My review probably makes this place sound worse than it was. I had no problem with the food I ordered. When you order the second or third hottest item on the menu, expect your taste buds to be overwhelmed. The issue my wife had was a minor annoyance but it corrected itself not long after. I have already offered input to management.

My friends and I went here on Sunday night and the waitress was awful. She seemed annoyed when we walked into the empty restaurant before we were even seated. Once we were sat, she rushed us to order. When she would bring something to the table she would just hand everything to one person to pass out instead of walking two steps to give it to the right person. We also didn’t appreciate the Christian messaging on the pens she gave us but it made her attitude make sense considering one of us was in drag after a show. Edit: BWW responding to this review by telling me to go to their website and fill out a form with this same information seems on par with their level of customer service.
