We arrived at the restaurant and were waiting more than 30 minutes for someone to serve us at the entrance, but there was no one in the area to receive the customers. The restaurant was practically empty, which made the wait even more frustrating.
After finally being taken care of, we also had to wait too long to receive the food. In general, the service was very slow and disorganized. We expected a better experience, especially considering that there were not many customers in the place. And it's not the first time it happens.

I don’t go to Buffalo Wild Wings often, but after my visit last weekend I’ll definitely be going more! Me and some buddies of mine went in on Valentine’s Day, a little boys night out. And our server Tim absolutely made our night! He was so friendly, recommended some great options, and truly just made our experience that much greater! Tim is definitely the best server I’ve ever had at a Buffalo establishment, and one of the nicest I’ve had anywhere! Thank you so much Tim!

My wife’s wings were great! Unfortunately the kids and I ordered honey bbq and they were WAY too spicy for any of us. We had to throw them out. Super bummed because they are expensive so it was a treat to celebrate my wife’s new job. Kids and I got different fast food and all was good. I have never had such a hot BBQ before definitely needs a warning. We will try again though!

How the mighty have fallen. Food quality is so inconsistent, you never know what you're gonna get. Hard to enjoy BWW any more. D&B, Rudy's and a couple other places have better wings honestly, rather go there now.

We’ve been going to BWW for over 20 years in different states and have always ordered the same thing- traditional wings, all flats, extra extra crispy, spicy garlic, and a basket of wedges with ranch. We don’t go often, maybe 2-3x/yr but tonight was extra good. This location is usually short staffed and overworked but this time around they seemed very well staffed with very pleasant, good looking, hard working, young employees. The service was excellent and quick and the food was cooked to perfection! We left impressed and with happy, full bellies. Also, I should note there was no wait to get a table and it was a great atmosphere without being too crowded or loud.

Love the slimy, brown celery that’s been bagged already for who knows how long. And I paid for extra that also had to go into the trash. Whoever put this slimy, half rotten crap in an order shouldn’t be working around food.
As far as Buffalo Wild Wings go, this one isn't great. Service is worse than you'd expect; the bathroom was disgusting on a random Tuesday evening. And unfortunately, the wings were very dry. The texture was bad enough that I only ate two wings.
The bartender didn't even ask why I didn't eat 3/4 of what I purchased.
They do have lots of TVs. If you wanna catch a game and drink a beer, this is your spot.

I never imagined a restaurant would sell cold stale multiple day old, nuked, French fries and call it acceptable. These fries were so inedible that my dogs didnt even want them. I asked for the sauce for my fries on the side, so they decided not to sauce a single item!!! They just sloppily threw my order in a box and called it good. Horrible location. I would recommend literally any other location. Just a matter of time before this poorly managed location gets shut down like it needs to be.
