Won’t go here again. They adopted the QR code menu and servers don’t come around besides to bring food and drinks ordered on the app. They added two drinks to my order that belonged to other people at my table and refused to correct the issue because those people had left.

Was seated and shown a code on the table to upload to phone, to view menu. My son was able to get a paper menu, which was much easier to navigate. The food was terrible. The orange chicken did not taste orange at all. It was tangy and sour. The garlic Parmesan chicken was ultra salty. The boneless wings were not wings at all, just nuggets fried hard. The nachos were not warm. The cheese was not melted. The toppings just sprinkled on, but not heated. I've been to the Nampa location and enjoyed the food. Boise was a disappointment, an expensive disappointment.Parking: Downtown Boise. You must find a place to park. Get out and walk around. All the main streets under construction. I wouldn't normally come to Boise to eat,for this reason. I had an appointment so decided to eat downtown.

Went there with some friends after Hockey game.My wife and I ordered burgers and fries.The patties we burned and the fries were under cooked. Worst food and service we have ever had at BWW. I don't recommend this place.

The new ordering website is horrible and the servers do nothing. Kitchen was too lazy to modify my order. Why am I paying so much money to place my own order and drinks? Worst bww in Boise, 0/10 experience.

Only taking points off because of the fact they do everything on their QR code, ordering, paying and everything (lazy service) . Had to go to the someone and ask how long my friends appetizer was gonna be bc our entrees came out way before it. My burger was soggy but At least their blue Hawaiian was yummy and there fried pickles. The buffalo wild wings in meridian is A LOT better.

Absolutely terrible service. All of the staff except for Dom I believe his name was was extremely rude. The management lady of lead or what ever was so rude to the point that I was in disbelief. Not to mention she was making me make decisions on how to do HER job. You are service employees, so do your job accordingly. There is no reason I should have 3 different BWW employees being rude to me and my friends on my birthday of all days. We were all respectful and not causing any amount of disruption to the environment so acting the way they were towards us is uncalled for. One of my friends just asked one of the waitresses how her day was going and got completely ignored. Figure out your staffing. Easily the worst service experience I’ve had at a restaurant. There was no care, no lack of urgency, and no respect. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have ordered from door dash multiple times now. Everything I order the food is at least 30 minutes late. I know it's not the dashers because I have been told they were waiting 10 to 15 minutes just for the food to get ready. When I order extra sauces since they switched to the smaller cups for the same price I am never given them. If you don't mind waiting an hour plus for food then enjoy. Quality has decreased same with waiting longer and less food being given.

This cost $13. Somewhat high price for the quantity. Tastes great, fast service.The menu-less phone ordering felt unnatural; maybe I’m not used to it. An upside is that there’s less receipt waste, a downside is that another company needlessly grabs my data.

Always great food! Lots of TVs and fun to not know what to watch. We love doing trivia but never seem to take the time. They are still in the no menu mode and unless you press the issue they make you pay (and even order) using the app and qr code at the table. Understand the reasons, just don't like still.

Terrible food. It definitely was not fresh, ice cold and thick chewy breding on boneless wings. Won't be going there again. Ordered online picked up at set time. Friendly customer service but nothing else good about this place. I went to downtown Boise, ID location.Parking: Located nowhere near parking hard to find.

Dom was our bartender today and was really great! Really short staffed so good did come out a little slow. We were there for the ride so we weren't too stressed about it. I had the cobb salad for lunch. I was disappointed at how dingy the lettuce was. A lot of brown pieces. It made the salad lose its appeal. Personally, if I wouldn't eat it, I wouldn't serve it. Other than the lettuce the salad was good! Lots of blue cheese crumbles and chicken. Overall it was a great lunch. I hope they get more staff in so the few people that are working there aren't stressed.
