I ordered 2 single cheese burgers and they gave me one single and one double. When I let them know if their error, the were great about it. They don't have kiosks at this location. That may be good or bad depending on if you like kiosks. The employee who helped me with my order didn't seem very family with the app. The eating ate was clean.

I came though the drive thru, my son being 1.5 started screaming as I was ordering. The gentlemen that was working were calm and sweet. He could see how overwhelmed I was, offered a mini ice cream cone to help calm my son down, and when giving us our food, offered a toy. I was so greatful for the calm demeanor and above and beyond customer service!

It took 3 different employees to understand that all I ordered was a bbq bacon whopper jr which I didn’t get. Is it really that hard? After the 3rd ask of my order was again and holding up the line behind me I said never mind, they cheered. Horrible customer service and won’t be back.

The employees were very nice and professional. Everything is flame grilled so it taste delicious every time! Plus, there are always deals going on on the Burger King app! Every time I come here, it’s a good experience.
