12-3-24 We went through drive through about 2 pm ! That was the worst, driest burger I have ever had! The onion rings were great! I hope I don’t get sick!

i like the food but the staff is terrible almost always messing up and not being very polite, the last time i went they forgot to give me my card back and when i went back i got attitude for them having to get it

Consistency. Another star when you upgrade your kitchen inc. the ice cream unit's or any else a franchise owner applies for. It's not hard to realize if something is broken or inadequately maintained. Owning something, maintaining production requires integrity and rapid response. So like all the other appliances and kitchenware that produces a huge portion of your revenue, an ice cream machine is a vital ingredient in competing with another freaky fast exceptional delicious consistency uh-hem option. I also gladly give my money to. But to stay in track, if it breaks down, malfunctions from time to time, replacement may seem a better option instead of keeping a degenerate technician that won't upgrade their tools for their trade.

I was the only car in your drive thru, no cars in the parking lot. And you still managed to mess up a 4 item order
Literally 4 things. And somehow you managed to frick that up. A drink, fries, wrap, and burger. It's 3 freaking pm. Not like you have a line down the block. Literally just me in your parking lot. So explain to me like I'm 5 years old how you messed this up?
Is it just incompetence, your staff is too concerned that I ordered a regular orange fanta and didn't get some crazy fanta mix? Cause the cashier seemed to have a lot to mumble thru her 3 teeth about my fanta choice.
We love this location! Our whole household comes here every so often and the staff is always so nice to us and working hard when we come in Just two of us came in tonight and the nice lady working was so friendly and fun! Stellar customer service it was really nice to talk to her, I didn't catch her name but hopefully she sees this Can't believe we haven't left a review yet, we really love this spot haha, thanks BK Broadway!
