I was told by one manger to be calm because I didn't want bacon on my jr bacon cheeseburger, a little later told by another person that we couldn't get a kid's meal, even though we had a child with us. Poorly handled, terrible customer service.

I ordered four croissants with just sausage and cheese, and what I got was sausage and egg. Apparently, you can only get it your way if they're willing to make it that way.

I spoke to the LEAST helpful person possible. Yvonda or whatever her name was. Older lady with a mixture of blonde and gray hair. Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE. How someone like that works in customer service and food is unbelievable. Burger King offers a free whopper when you leave a review and use your receipt to complete the survey before you get the validation code. I screenshotted the validation code in case I lost my receipt or if got thrown away. Sure enough it got thrown away. Anyway I go into the Burger King in Boise on Fairview to try and claim my free whopper for once since they have been offering it. Sure enough I get the Karen of Burger King. Her main focus is customer service and provide delicious food for her customers. She of course was sassy and rude and refused to honor my whopper even though I had a screenshot of my validation code for proof! I was also going ti spend more money at the restaurant but none of that mattered to this person. I would appreciate it if something was done about this. Her behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

The last two weeks of August and this new month of November everybody there has been super nice and makes the food better than I usually have it and i save 5 bucks everytine I go here compared too other fast food restaurants

Got our order wrong including forgetting the cheese on one of the Whoppers. Cheeseburgers had no flame grill taste at all. Pop was not good.

Anytime I place a mobile order for pick up through the drive-thru (I have multiple children in the car that are under the age of five) and I pull up to the drive-thru whoever I speak to always cuts me off and they always forget any sauces ordered and PAID for and forget the straws every single time. This has happened to me the last four times I've come to this location so I really do try to avoid this location for that reason. If you're going to forget the sauces stop charging for them otherwise do your due diligence and make sure everything is in the bag. We all choose our job so we should all do our job to the best of our ability.
