I've started bring my granddaughter here once a week so that she can have lunch and play. Staff is friendly and professional. The play area is always clean, and the restroom is kept clean.

I do love the late hours for restaurant though I feel like they should offer 24 hour service in doors as well as out and they have a play area which is nice the fries are awesome

Most of the food was as ordered but when it came to the burger I ordered I got screwed over. I ordered a maple bourbon burger and all they put on it was the Bacon and cheese, so I paid extra for nothing. They didn't say hey we are out of the crispy onions and jalapenos, if they would have said they were I would have just had them add onion rings to it and call it good. And the fries were lacking. All little bits and pieces like the scraped the bottom of what was left , and not even half full. I paid 14 Dollars and got half full fries and not the burger I ordered. I could have got better service at McDonald's. And I hate how, in order for them to make up for it, I have to drive all the way back and wait in line for a replacement. Waste my gas and time for thier mistake. Like can't you at least email me a coupon for a free whopper or something. I won't be going back to this BK. Poor service, and quality. At first the guy that answered the phone tried to make it my fault, like I accidentally ordered the wrong thing.

Unless you plan on being verbally attacked don't go. Absolutely the worst experience I have had in a fast food restaurant a very long time. No customer service rude employees and poor communication skills.

Fasted for 48hrs and was craving burger King. Ordered a number 1 and 2 and both room temperature upon receiving them. Cheese wasn't even remotely close to melted. Huge sadness now. 30 dollars wasted by the the not so good King.

Went to go to the bathroom. They said the lobby was closed but the doors were not locked. Obviously they aren't very punctual with closing down the lobby. I am not very pleased with being misled like I was
I walked in to see them helping out a man who didn’t know English they took the time to let him get the things he wanted and then I ordered A Spicy Royal Crispy. If you haven’t ordered one I highly recommend it. It’s hot but not so hot you’re gonna have stomach pains after like some other places burgers. While I was ordering the cashier was happy and I felt heard and treated like a customer which has made me happy to come here and I will be happy to come here in the future.
