The manager blonde curly hair took our order very rude,we are old we don't talk very loud I guess he said he is hard of hearing,waited 10 minutes at your drive thru window,while we were waiting he was throwing everything of all sorts,slamming things

Some guy was screaming at an older woman told her to leave,he was calling her names,I didn't finish my meal thanks to all his yelling some of us were in shock,he then jumped on the girl who has tatoos,the man has anger issues!

Sonny the shift lead the supervisor was rude to an employee another manager and after I come back from break he was yelling . He was yelling in front of customers.
I feel shouldn't happen at the work place.
Manager should up lift not belittle the employees.
Everything just was drama. The orders wasn't being in time.

Huge shout out to the man working the drive through tonight (might have been a manager or shift lead?) had a situation with a coupon that required my order to be re-rung up. Even though the situation could have been really frustrating for him, and the girl working the drive thru was getting upset, he calmly handled everything and even gave me a smile and looked me in the face after handing me my order. BK higher ups, please give this man a raise. Also please clearly state on the drive thru menu that if you have a coupon, you must mention it before ordering, even if the coupon is for one singular item, or fix this glitch in your system.

It's such a good feeling to know if you're having trouble with your payment source, that your employee is patient, that's great, Burger King. You should give everyone working here today a pay increase

Witnessed a tall blonde female put hands on and push the young man working the counter out of the way. My guess is she thought he was moving too slow. But then she plated me the wrong food. When she brought me the new, correct food there was no apology, just a quick turn away from me.

amazing place love the Chicken Fries
The employee took my order was a very pleasant young man. The burger was made to order as I requested, but the fries were excellent! When we got to the window, the staff appeared to be very happy And engaged in conversation with us. My daughter had never received a Burger King crown and she’s 14 but these gentlemen offered her one and she was thrilled. I gotta say that food service is not an easy service to be in. So my hats off to you, gentlemen, for the way you handle rush, then dead time and a rush again.
