Cole refusing to make a meal because it was to much food tonight

tried calling upper management with no luck so i called the customer service line in hopes that Kandra or Patrick will call to handle this issue.
Worst onion rings I've ever had. Order my food at the drive-thru pay for it and food was all ready .I think the onion rings were from last night dry hard. Never go back to that place again Burger King on Gowen Road.
Normally don't have issues with this place but it took over 20 minutes to get a smoothie that was ordered at the same time as our food.
When the guy finally brought it he didn't bring a straw so I had to go back and get one.
