Absolutely horrible service. It's 830pm and there lobby hours are till 9pm. While trying to knock on the window to see what's going on one of the employees thought it would be real professional to laugh at me. With people sitting inside and at the play ground. Will never go back here

Love this location. Most outgoing staff, managers are funny and so caring. Food including fries always fresh and hot. Whitch we can never get fresh and hot fries other places. Always luke warm. My family drives extra miles and passing other burger king to get to this one. Play land and lobby is always clean and place for straws, lids and napkins organized and full any time we come in. Outside as well always so clean. Most inviding restaurant in town. Thank you all so much. Took me a while to show my appreciation being busy, but I took this moment to share with all.Dietary restrictions: I had a questions about food, allergic reasons. Manager is so knowledgeable and took his time to explain which it was helpful and understanding. He told me that they will sanitize before making our food. I watched the whole thing. They sanitized the kitchen, all went to sink washing their hands and got new gloves. He stood in kitchen to see that they do it right. Then as they made our food, manager showed me on the paper that they put on trays that explains all nutritional information as well. AmazingParking: Also there is extra parking in the back of the restaurant. Sometimes we used the back parking lot where it becomes pupular locaton.Kid-friendliness: Playland, slides always clean

Their system lost my online order. I showed them my order and receipt and they ignored me for 10 more minutes and the to tell me again I didn't pay. Finally someone gave me the wrong order. I showed them again and they finally listened and once again didn't get it right. At least they got two out of three items right that time and a free drink. I had to just take it and leave as I was almost late for work by then.
Worst customer service ever! I had a mobile order and went through the drive thru. There was one car in front of me and it took forever. Once I got to the speaker it took them around 4-7 minutes to get to me. Once they finally got to me I told them I had a mobile order and went to the window. Our drinks were mainly ice rather than soda. Once I got my food I was checking if everything was in the bag. Then the cashier had the audacity to tell me in a rude tone if I needed anything and I told her that I was just making sure everything was in the bag. She told me well I was making sure because you sitting there affects our times. That is not my fault that you don’t do your job fast enough to better your stupid times. It was just a very unpleasant experience.

Out of all Burger Kings in the valley, this is the only one that has fresh chicken nuggets more often than not. My son's diet is 50% BK nuggets (ASD),so it's really important that they're fresh. This BK also has one of the fastest drive-thru's for being understaffed half of the time.
