I just wanted to clarify since your response was rude and untrue. We were NOT given an explanation and we were in the bathroom all of five seconds and I was using the restroom for what it is used for. Insinuating we were being inappropriate instead of simply apologizing for the rude back of staff and lack of signs on the door. Again we had to go back around and politely asked the gentlemen in front and only then were they kind and offered an explanation. I told them thank you and if we’d know that we wouldn’t have tried to use it at the same time. There was a line and we were trying to be quick so we could meet friends. It’s understandable to think that but it was innocent and there’s no need to be so aggressive. Have better costumer service next time.
