Huge shout out to the crew at Cafe Zupas on Milwaukee! Today was our first time trying Cafe Zupas and we were so impressed. Every employee working was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The food was fresh and delicious. So refreshing to have good customer service. The chocolate covered strawberries were huge plus 🤗 10/10 would recommend!

Walked in just after opening. I was greeted quickly and warmly. There was no line but a handful of to go orders being made. The gentleman working the first portion was amazing. He got my orders prepared quickly and correctly. The next station was a young lady, she was very kind and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I was asked if I wanted a beverage or dessert; to which I sadly had to say no to (that day, anyway.) Great service. Delicious food. This location has never been a let down.

I ordered a large strawberry harvest salad with double chicken and am so disappointed with how small it was. There shouldn’t be that much empty space. First picture is after I mixed it up before taking a single bite. Paying $13 for a large salad and receiving such a small portion is such a rip off.

This is a great dining option. The food is delicious. And are a healthier option than fast food. The strawberry harvest is my favorite salad. And I also love the chocolate covered strawberry they include. Their seasonal limited flavors are also good to try. I just visited on February 11, 2026. They had a strawberry cupcake cooler drink. It was delicious and i enjoyed it! This location is clean and the associates are friendly. I would recommend to anyone that’s looking for a good meal at decent prices. The only thing to be aware of is the limited edition specialty desserts tend to be high priced. But otherwise, a great choice.

SHRINKFLASHAGE. I'm embarrassed. I talked this place up to my friend, like real hard... while ordering online, picked it up and gave her half my bbq brisket sandwich to take. Before I got home she had texted me like 5 bbq & soup /sandwiches places. I thought, great! Lol when I got home opened the soup it was half full, I know it's never 100% full, it's one scoop, this was 50% at most.... then the sandwich, ugh, there was brisket on like the inside half ish of the bread. Sauce everywhere, inside and outside of the bread lol. My husband said 'we'll that's not like it used to be huh?' My kids' chicken strips were also ugh, grilled cheese good tho. I'm bummed, also need to take my friend to someplace good so she knows I typically have good taste lol. This place is not it for me anymore. Also I forgot that the bbq brisket sandwich does not just come with pickles(like the picture sugguests), you must add them, but on doordash there is no way to add them or add additional notes so idk.. The employees here are usually great.
