Love love love the Sweet Pork Salad!! The service is always fast and friendly and the food is fresh and delicious!

The food is really good, coworkers were nice.

I like the food, but the girl who took our order over the phone not only confused us by not listening to our order and adding things, she completely missed the Barbacoa order which I repeated several times. Also, the rice in our burrito was undercooked and crunchy. Frustrating…

I have a consistently bad experience at this place. Every time I go the food is fine but the staff are so frustrating. They act like they are surprised Im ordering food. They have a talent for getting confused over literally nothing. Another time I was in a hurry and the guy behind the counter tried to convince me that I was upset and became overbearingly apologetic.

Today I had to wait for the cashier to wrap up an unrelated conversation with his coworker before he asked what protein was on it. Then he asked what kind of sauce as a separate question. The staff who made it might consider telling the cashier what's on it so I don't have to.

The most insulting part about this restaurant honestly is that they dont cut the stems off the cilantro. One time they left 6 inches of stem on there it wasnt even cut I swear. Is it really so hard to cut the cilantro below the leaf before you throw it in the tin? Im sitting over here choking on this stem like a goat.

Says they close at 9 and we are here at eat and they had almost everything put away. Didn't have the special either. Was turned off and almost walked out.

Food wasn't ready and waited an additional 23 minutes after the anticipated completion time to get my order...and the store was not busy at all. When I got home my order was missing some of the ingredients that were listed on the order (grilled veggies, salsa). Frustrating to pay good money and not receive the food as ordered. Gal at the counter was not friendly. Definitely not a great dining experience. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere.

I’m not sure why there’s so many negative reviews about this place. I love this location. They’re fully staffed, they may not greet you when you walk in, but that doesn’t matter to me. They have a nice, clean bathroom. Huge dining area. They did forget my limes for my burrito bowl, but if I’m gonna be upset over forgotten limes - I’d be wasting my own time. Overall, I’m happy with my order! I’d definitely recommend this location :)

I was a big mistake coming here for good Mexican food and service. It was close to home so what the heck give them a shot as I am still looking for good Mexican in the TV. My order was screwed up, the tacos were not very edible as burnt and the fillings smelled funny. The soda was watered down etc …. Not going back to any cage rio’s

This was an awful experience! Who makes Tacos like this? Ordered flour and was sent this disgusting burnt whole wheat mess. Not even attempting to eat this. If some care went into making it I could get over the flour and wheat mix-up but this is bad.

Both employed working were awesome and very kind, they made our food with care and just actually seemed like they wanted to be there compared to other places, great food and better employees

Horrible customer service, asked for a burrito with the beans and rice on the side and they proceeded to put it into a sample cup and when I asked for the actual portion since I’m paying for it and that’s how I get it at every location the manager themselves refused. If you have autistic children or children with eating concerns when it comes to their food touching then you can go ahead and go to a different location because this one does not care!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have never experienced more rude employees in my life. I was charged for items that come with the meal. When I asked a different employee about the extra charges I received their response was I'm only 19 I don't know how to fix it.

Ordered at the Broadway location several times for work. Not once has an order been made correctly. Whether something has been forgotten or is missing completely. Receipt never shows substitutes or refunding what they didn’t have. Will not be going to this location again.

Great food with a phenomenal sweet pork barbacoa. Soda and drinks were a little watered down but besides that I had an overall great experience.
