I will come here again. Great food and customer service. Raquel and Ethan were super nice and served me the best food I've had in a while. Definitely better than Chipotle and would highly recommend.

Nasty..all the containers were crusted and ugly, out of everything, but charged me for a teaspoon of corn they scraped off the sides..overall lack of any service. Really sad as I see a lot of reviews of the same, I guess they do not care about their business at this location.. nasty enough to most likely not go back to any Cafe Rio..too many places that want to serve tasty food.

I have never been to this location around 8pm where they are not cleaning up, and saying they “don’t have things” (fresh made tortillas, chicken etc…). Food is put away, kitchen areas are wiped down. They close at 10pm. Makes for a poor customer experience. Service is slow as well. We will no longer be frequenting this Cafe Rio location. I’d rather drive 10 more minutes to a further location for a better experience.

Went for salads but the lettuce was all brown. Ended up with a burrito. All the sauces/salsas looked unappealing asked for extra picodigallo and was told it would be extra. On an $11.99 burrito that had no other sauces. That didn't seem right. I almost just said forget it but I went ahead and paid for it and came home and used my own mole sauce. The cashier was kinda impatient and rude. I was disappointed.

A hidden gem--Broadway and university--tucked aside the T-mobile shop. The food is fresh, delicious and the staff and manager are very kind. This is a great place for vegetarians as their beans and rice are fabulous, along with those homemade tortillas. I highly recommend this place!

Have always been a fan of cafe Rio. But this location was a total let down. First we waited in line just to find out that they have nothing grilled. Tried to let that slide to only find out we don't have rice. Lost my appetite. My daughter insisted she wanted a sweet pork quesadilla. Watched the guy srape crumbs of cheese to make the world's saddest cafe Rio quesadilla. Wouldn't recommend going to this location. Maybe try and let people know the second they walk in the door that you are out of most the signature things that ones would come enjoy.

Love Cafe Rio!! This location... not at all. Avoid it if possible! They probably do well with online orders so can give the minimum customer service possible. We've tried it a handful of times. It's always pretty empty but takes longer than any Cafe Rio we go to. Today there was no one in line and when we went up to order, the manager? was working on an online order I assume and she said "You'll have to wait" and continued working on the order. After waiting another 5 minutes or so and no other info offered, I told her I don't think they understand the idea of a restaurant. We exchanged words, she wouldn't tell me her name and then flicked her hand at the door and told me to go... haha. We went to the location by the mall and had a great lunch.

Ordered a fire grilled steak burrito with extra meat through door dash, definitely wasn't grilled steak. Not sure what they subbed it with but it wasn't grilled steak.
