I just wasn't super impressed. Got the breakfast burrito and I didn't realize they just kind of warm it up. The potatoes didn't taste like they'd been seasoned. I feel bad leaving a less than stellar review but I wish someone would have told me that it wasn't my cup of tea. I'm sure it's great for a lot of people, but if your like me and like big portions, tasty food, and aren't too worried about how fancy or healthy it is, this isn't your place.
It's at the Food Hall though so there's plenty of options in case it sounds good to some people in your group but not to others.

Customer service was below the bare minimum. Monday morning my friend and I were given the wrong pastry from what we ordered, and the employee denied it was the wrong thing several times. Then proceeded to tell us what we actually wanted was all out and didn’t offer us a refund or even an apology for the misunderstanding. Mistakes happen but we felt the hostility and lack or accountability was uncalled for on a slow morning with few customers.

Very bitter espresso with no crema.
Literally my favorite coffee place, I go here all the time and I LOVE them. The staff are so nice, good conversation. I suggest their marbled cold brew!

The coffee might be good but the flat bread wasn’t. One bite and I threw it in the trash. Waste of $14. I’ve had it in the past and it used to be good.
Slightly bad Cofee w/ unreliable customer sevice and internet, in a big breezy space with cheesy music from the 70s.
Caffe d Arte uses to have its own store but decided to move into the Warehouse food court.
In my opinion this move was a downgrade from their previous location.
There is no more seating than before, less plugs, the warehouse is cold and drafty in the cooler seasons, and they don't maintain the internet well.
It's too bad that one of Boise's best coffee shops has chosen one of Bouse's worst locations.
Hopefully the Warehouse will get its management act together before it goes out of business. Their lack of performance is really downgrading all the businesses renting locations from them.

The first time I went here it was phenomenal. I had gone to a coffee shop that used their coffee beans and it was the best coffee I've ever had so I tried the local sourcing and they got my order correct. The second time I went it seemed the person who was there was a bit distracted and we had to wait quite a while for him to return, and then when he was there it took a bit for us to be noticed when trying to get his attention. The order was also wrong. Seems a bit hit or miss, BUT when it's good it's great! I would still recommend it. May have just been an off day.

The pastry behind the glass case is for show only. I ordered a delicious looking almond chocolate croissant. And noticed the guy grab something from the fridge. When I got outside and looked into the bag, the croissant was half the size as the one on displayed and after taking a bite, found it was dry and partially steal. Never again. Don't waste your time here.

Excellent barista here provided friendly and professional service. My apologies, I forgot his name but he was wonderful. I had an Iced Mocha with Almond Milk and I also tried the Peach, Pear & Apricot Smoothie. Both drinks were prepared perfectly. Amazing flavors and service here! A+

The little coffee shop when you first walk into the Warehouse is very welcoming. The barista was kind and patient as I was looking ever the whole drink menu. I ordered a caramel mocha frapp today. The drink was beautifully crafted. It wasn't rushed like I was in line at Starbucks. I appreciated the time he took to make it. My drink was filled to the brim and it was topped with a good amount of whipped cream. I love when you pay for a drink and you get what you paid for!

Amazing amazing work! I am pleasantly surprised. The food AND drinks were absolutely delightful! I’d recommend getting the caramel macchiato. This reminds me of my childhood home over in Italy. Once i greeted the woman at the counter, i felt a sense of comfort and nostalgia. I have never felt these feeling before. Thank you Caffe Darte. I am now whole again.
