Was a good place to meet a friend while visiting Boise State University. Easy location and good parking. Coffee was good and enjoyed the covered outdoor seating area.

Terrible service. They were out of two things we wanted, which is fine except they didn’t even give us any sauce or salsa that we had asked for. They didn’t call our names so we were waiting for over 30 minutes. Our food was cold by then. Highly don’t recommend spending their prices for the quality of food or service.
Wonderful welcoming coffeehouse. Excellent coffee!

Sat at the bar and were ignored by multiple staff members for 5 minutes before leaving.
I came here for the first time today and ordered a cinnamon roll and a cappuccino. My cinnamon roll wasn't great, it was soft in the middle, and my cappuccino tasted burnt. The place itself is rad, the barista was kind to me, but they've been playing loud rock music that is way too loud and pretty annoying. Its kinda ruining the vibe.

The people always give me dirty looks and the coffee is 98% of the time sour and burnt tasting. It’s always inconsistent too, every now and then it won’t be bad, but then I’ll get the same thing the next time and it’s the worst coffee I’ve ever had. The food isn’t too bad tho

The atmosphere is nice. The coffee is OK. The quiche is fine. What isn't good is the snobby little girl that was taking my order. She should not be working in customer service. I asked for a piece of quiche that wasn't a corner piece. I didn't think that request was over the top. But she told me NO. I had to take what she chose. I then convinced her otherwise. She took a piece out that wasn't a corner, set it on a plate to be warmed up, I said thank you, then paid, then went to sit down. The brat brought me a corner piece a few minutes later. She had the biggest fake grin she could muster. She's wearing a Nirvana sweatshirt that is maroon in color. This child needs to be retrained on customer service.

The drinks are really good, there's a lot of space to lounge around and study. But the music they play is insanely loud. Even with my Apple noise canceling headphones, with my own music playing, I can still clearly hear the cafés music (I strongly dislike the music taste either but that's why I brought my own headphones) So great place for hanging out and meeting up with people, but not my fav for studying?

Justin and the gang are the best! A++ service and always a pleasure!
Truly a place “where everybody knows your name”.
The plants are on point and a reflection of the sole of Caffeina.
Vegetarian options: Veggie bagel sandwich, black bean burrito, black bean breakfast bowl, oatmeal, yogurt, parfait, salads, hummus, bagel, avocado toast, what else do you want!
Dietary restrictions: Black bean breakfast burrito is a favorite
Parking: Drive right up, plenty of parking upfront and parking for everyone. Newly paved parking lot and painted lines make it an especially nice parking experience.
Parking for disabled & disabled with a sweet bike rack for those who want to ride up.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome here, family, friendly environment!
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking available and wheelchair accessible sidewalks. There is always a friendly hand to help with the door.

The product at this location is very good, but the management treats the staff very poorly. I have really enjoyed visiting this establishment, but because of the abuse and humiliation the staff it’s subjected to this establishment won’t get any more of my business.
Caffeina has the best matcha lattes in the Treasure Valley hands down. I wish there was one closer to Meridian because the matcha would be worth coming every day and the staff has always been super friendly. However, the straw situation kills me y’all! Everytime someone reaches for a straw in the jar they have to touch the tops of the other unwrapped straws and it really grosses me out. I simply couldn’t put my mouth on something others touched and I keep wrapped straws in my car just for when I come here. Otherwise no complaints.
