While the first interaction with Kerilyn to get our drinks was very pleasant and polite, the second interaction was NOT! The other bartender working took our second order of drinks a proceeded to argue with me about a drink because I asked for no mint. She was overly aggressive and proceeded to tell me that I was confused and wrong about my drink. She pulled her phone out to prove a point into which she was wrong about and to which the other bartender working had to correct her on my drink. I have been coming to this location for a couple years now and have loved this place every time UNTIL now. Since this is the customer service here, I will not be back! P.s miss I have 10 years of bartending a Moscow mule, it does come with a mint garnish 😘

The drinks were good but the service was terrible. We had four bar tenders. David is the only one who was kind, made a great drink and had wonderful customer service skills.
The bartender this morning was rude and unitetested in helping us. Very poor customer service.

Extremely overpriced, manager is a jerk who is all about chatting up his female bartender and abrasive and rude when interrupted. Bartenders are young and obviously untrained. 8 bucks for a can of Coors? Seriously, you can get better at literally any other bar.

Think of this bar being in the middle of the mall food court, but it's an upscale food court. Decent drinks to be had while you can also enjoy dining from any of the restaurants surrounding this bar. It's literally set up as a food court, but in a much nicer setting. Service was good as well. Kind of a neat concept, it will be interesting to see how this place turns out. Will definitely be back to enjoy!

Not sure if it’s because we were black, but we sat there for 15-20 minutes and saw everybody else at the counter get served 2 or 3 times and nobody bothered to talk to us.
