Slow on the service and asked to park. We were not in a rush. The workers were kind and apologetic. Pretty sure they were understaffed and it was not their fault. I totally blew past the drive thru window and had to reverse back to it. We went for the first time when it was dark and the light was not on over the window and it seemed like the window was on a different side of the building. Unique building design and want to go back to try out the play area inside. We enjoyed our hot food and tasty churro shakes. The order was accurate according to what we purchased.

Employees were very lackluster, didnt have any care and was extremely rude. I ordered a medium meal and didnt get my drink and only a small fry. Very disappointed and disgusted by the employees at this building.
The burgers are definitely high quality and therefore I think the higher costs of the food is somewhat justified.
However when I can go out to a restaurant for cheaper than I can eat at this place it makes eating here not worth the price

Rudest experience ever, the girl didn’t even say hello. Just “what can I get you.” Very aggressively after we had waited 2 minutes to be greeted in the drive thru. We had thought they were closed because no one was here and it took forever for someone to say anything.
Then after we ordered our first two things, we were waiting until she was ready for the next item. And she didn’t ask if we wanted anything else, just told us our total very rudely. I usually just ignore these things, but she was very rude and they weren’t even busy. She had an eyebrow piercing and dark long hair pulled back.
