I was sitting outside in my car at around 820pm on February 17 and a guy ran up after the 3 employees told him something and started hitting my car and when I reversed to leave I saw the employees at the door flipping me the bird like I did something wrong

I haven't been to a Carl's Jr in years. Not sure if they are all like this or it's just this one, but I've always ordered a chicken club and criss cut fries whenever I've ordered from a Carl's Jr in the past. The chicken club tasted bland, the fries had no seasoning, and the oil that were fried in tasted like it was old. Not sure what was going on there but I was very disappointed.

Disappointed in the last two experiences at this site. Tonight we were the only customers in drive thru with an empty store. Burger was made wrong so we politely swung back around waited for another. But couldnt eat half of it. It was real bad. Employee acted like we were interfering with his boring night. Zero service score seems more suitable. Guess there is a reason for the lack of customers. Waffle fries were good though.

No greeting at the drive through just a person saying It'll be a minute sounded pissed Rushed me to take my order spoke so fast that I could even understand what they said. Clearly she didn't want to be working. Tired of coming to these places when all I get is attitude just buy ordering food Guess they are more are more concerned about what's playing on their air pod then actually just taking an order.

This is probably the worst Carls Jr ever. It’s like they took my whole meal and put it in a machine that sucks all the flavor out. Somehow everything just tasted like water, even the pickles were practically flavorless for both my and my boyfriend’s burgers. The drinks taste off too, not entirely sure how one messes up a sprite and an ice tea, but they figured it out. The fries were fine. The fry sauce was ketchup with a splash of mayo for color. Genuinely terrible.

Ordered thru the drive through, the young man in there seemed very unprofessional in his appearance and the way he presented himself. Asked for extra fry sauce and he abruptly said the sauce was in the bag. Got home and noticed we were shorted on our meal, called them and spoke to the manager (Damien) just so happens he is the Unprofessional young man that was there. Went back to get our missed food, as he seen me pull up, he hid around the corner inside and had one of the other employees help me out. She was very apologetic, professional and in my eyes, could be 10 times the manager that was there that evening. This location needs some serious attention on its leadership employees and how they look and present themselves along with a huge attitude adjustment. Probably will be my last visit to this location until some heavy changes are made. It's too bad as it used to be really decent.

There fewer and fewer Carl’s Jr.’s. This appears to be a slow death of them. I personally like the western bacon burger. They have been advertising their flamed broiled patties and I do like real flamed ham burgers. We will see with time moving forward
