We are in the drive through. It took forever for them to take our order. Only one person ahead of us. Lady is vaping in the cooking area. Very gross. She pulled the vape pen from her bra. We can see through the window. Just now!!!! Gross.

Love Carl Jr., they have the best food for a traveling man like myself. I honestly prefer Carl's over all other fast food chains. The taste and the service just can't be beat.Parking: At some locations, such as the Carl's in Turlock, California has parking for 18-wheelers. A great place for travelers.Kid-friendliness: Most places have a very friendly, calm, and peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely take my grandkids here.Wheelchair accessibility: There is parking and accommodations for the disabled.

Sign on the door. Says dining room opens 6:00 a.m.. after waiting for 10 minutes for them to open, I went to the drive-thru and asked when the dining room going to open. The associate said 8:00 a.m. why is the hours posted on the door different than when the associate wants to open. Not everybody wants to eat in their car. Some people would like to sit down and enjoy a meal. Unfortunately this employee is running the show regardless of what opening hours are.

Tried their new spicy double western bacon cheeseburger, and it was just okay. Will not get it again. I will say there was tons of jalapenos on it though, so it was not lacking there. I will stick with the OG western bacon cheeseburger. For some reason, it always seems like their bacon is just shy of always being fully cooked. The staff at the drive-thru were super friendly and got my order right. Did not wait that long for food, which was nice. Waffle fries and regular fries we're good. They did have these little cute State ketchup packets.

This is the second time I've had issues with this location during closing time this time I show up at the drive-thru at 10:55 p.m. lights still on and everything I'm sitting at the drive-thru no one's answering I give the horn to honk once nothing I wait about 3 minutes I attempt to call the phone number as well no one picks up at this point I drive up to the window it's about 10:58 and I call again and the dude finally answers the phone and I tell him I'm at the drive-thru window no one's picking up I arrive to the window I tell him I order name and he's like oh we're closed even though I showed up at 10:55 you guys close at 11:00 p.m. and I told him my order name and he says oh we haven't had any order since 10:30 p.m. if that was the case the employee could at least answer the speaker so I'm not wasting my time in the Drive-Thru waiting for nobody to be told oh they can't help the employee was a young skinny short Mexican it's definitely annoying that he doesn't have any customer service when he's working the speaker

Rude employees took 15 mins to take 1 order. Halfway through order a lady cine on and tokd us to hold on. Sat there for 6 mins and then had to restart the process of ordering. Keeo in mind there were only 2 cars in line and 1 person inside.in total it took us 39

Got 4 of the tender wraps. My gosh, those were awful. Soft taco sized tortilla, lettuce, tiny bit of sauce and a 2 inch piece of chicken. $12 for that. The guy making our food wasn't in uniform, no gloves. Cool. Sweet.

Ordered a five piece chicken tender box. Received five tiny pieces of popcorn chicken that had more breading than chicken. Not one full size piece of chicken just scrapes. Asked for refund or to change out for chicken sandwich. Was told that no manager was there for a refund or to swap out. My advise is to go somewhere else or starve. Will not get moneys worth from here.

The food was okay not great compared to other Carl's Jr. The service is terrible! They were rude and one of the employees dropped a KNIFE in the play place while my kids were playing in it. I won't be going back.
