I'm not sure why a lot of the reviews at this location say staff is unfriendly. Maybe it's a slight language barrier? I received excellent service. The man who took my order was friendly and the other staff was also friendly inside. We had a slight issue trying to get a coupon on my app to work, they were patient and eventually helped me make it work. My food was hot and fresh. I will definitely be back to this location.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. When attempting to give order at the drive thru, the Drive thru worker who ended up being a male middle aged Hispanic manager cut me off after the first burger to ask me if that’s it. When I told him no and to give me one second, he proceeded to cut me off rudely and said he can’t wait forever because he has a full lobby of people. I said what? Extremely shocked he would say something like that. He then snapped again saying repeating “I won’t wait forever I have a full lobby of people”. I said “Excuse me?!” How incredibly rude and unprofessional way to talk to people. I started ordering my second sandwich when he cut me off again saying he will help me again in a second because he’s helping other people now. When he returned after about 3 minutes, I ordered my second sandwich. Immediately I was cut off by him giving me a total before I was done ordering, when I told him I wasn’t done yet he got extremely snappy and rude again. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, including fast food, that is no way to talk to customers at all. It would be one thing if I was rude, but I was pleasant and met with extreme disrespect. You guys should be ashamed promoting someone to represent your company in that manner. Never coming back.

Absolutely horrible customer service from this place. Went through drive through during lunch on a an 100+ degree day, ordered in the drive-through as usual and asked for a large fountain water. The lady gave me the total and I pulled up to the window. The Spanish descent- looking, middle-aged man handed me my food and then a very tiny water cup, and I said that I had asked for a large water and he said well the large water is not free and I said I don’t mind paying, but I want a large water. Never did I ask for a free water, so the lady had assumed which was fine but I needed him to fix that. He was trying not to give me a water and when I had asked him can I not have a large water? He leaned out the window and said give me your card! I drove off , and could not believe the service I had received.

Visited May 24,2024 since I had coupon that was on back of music festival ticket. I tried the Western Bacon cheeseburger with my son and nephew. My sandwich all I could taste was the barbecue sauce. I wanted to be able to taste the bacon and the burger patty. The soda was flat and gross. I told the clerk and he wasn't sure how to fix the soda machine. He did agree that it tasted flat. My only other complaint is that the restrooms have a sign between them that says no public restrooms. So we assumed we couldn't use the restroom and my nephew had to run around to the businesses in the area to find a public restroom. I asked the cashier after my nephew left to go to other places and they said there's a key for customers to use the restroom. The sign should be changed to say customers only restroom or something similar.

Employees refused to provide service for online order. I bike to pickup orders and often need to use the drive-thru to pickup orders, but now apparently the policy has changed and they won't provide service unless you're driving a car. My business shall be taken elsewhere going forward - which is a shame since the food from this location is relatively good and reliable. Called the store, but the language barrier prevented the employee from understanding that I already tried to pickup my order.

I showed up right before they closed and ordered a spicy western bacon burger. They accidentally just made me a regular Western bacon burger and I went up to the window again and they remade it with the correct sandwich. Their attitude was great the service was good I would definitely go there again just maybe not 5 minutes before they close :-)

Had to wait over 20 minutes to get the wrong soda and a moldy, disgusting bun. 0/10
Had the breakfast burger which is always my go to when i can not make up my mind here. it's a great burger comes with egg, hash brown, cheese, and ketchup and beef pattie. It is a very filling burger.
I received a good burger and great help from the server.

The food I ordered was good. However the restaurant could've been a little cleaner and the service was very nice and professional but they took forever to process 1 order and I was the only person there. No one in the drive through either.
