Certified is definitely one of the best bakeries in Boise if not Idaho. Great atmosphere and great food. Difficult to find parking along with everything else in Hyde Park, but worth it!
I visited this place two years ago and still can’t stop thinking about their English muffins. I wish I could eat the certified breakfast sandwich everyday.

We had a great experience here. My wife loved her sandwich and we both enjoyed the olive oil chocolate cake, blueberry crumble, and lemon bar. The employees were friendly, and the prices were fair. I would say the only downside is there is not very much room inside.
Delicious baked goods. We tried several cookies, and the carrot cake was delicious. Hard to find a good carrot cake, but they nailed it. Way to go. The place is a little small and can usually be packed. But worth the wait as the food is very good. Service was a little slow as we saw several employees just standing around. That would be the only negative thing other than that would definitely go back here again.

This really is an amazing place. Fresh baked goods and made to order breakfast and lunch items. There's even ready-to-bake items in their cold case that you can take home and bake. We were with my whole family and the food items were even pleasing to my two grand boys, leaving them to ask for more! Be aware that although this a absolutely a place you should visit, it's more of a grab-n-go sort of place. There's a few stools and a bar, but pretty tight quarters to eat inside. Not to worry though, plenty of park benches outside!
Parking: Better to park and walk to this location, would be rare to park in front.

This place was buzzing with people left and right! Walking in to this store front, there are a bunch of neat gifts and treats in the front for sale. It is a smaller venue so it was kind of tight around people. For an eatery I was expecting tables and chairs but the only seating available was barstools against the wall.
For breakfast I grabbed an iced vanilla oat milk latte and the croque madamm breakfast sandwich. The oat milk latte was delicious. It was balanced with sweetness from the vanilla, the creaminess of the oat milk and the bitter from the espresso. The sandwich came out fresh and hot! The English muffin was perfectly baked and soft. The dijion mustard added great flavor to the ham. The combination of everything made such a great breakfast sandwich.
The staff was friendly and fast! They have pre made items and drinks in the refrigerators for easy grab and go meals. I look forward to going back and trying other items on their menu!
