Chandlers is a restaurant that I always recommend for special occasion celebration! Every thing about the restaurant is top notch h! Garrett was superb waiter! We were celebrating our anniversary and he made everything perfect for us. We did a multicourse tasting with lots of different appetizers and soup and salad and shared a steak between my husband and I. Highly recommend the bone in fillet.

I've been going to Chandlers for many years now and is frankly the absolute best in town in every aspect and very rarely do I go anywhere else. I go there for personal as well as business and when out of town business colleagues return, they specifically request Chandlers My wife and I were there last night, and our waiter was Brody (spelling?) I can honestly say I have never experienced a more pleasant, fun, polite and enjoyable waiter in the 40 plus years I have been dining out!!!

We LOVE Chandlers! From the crab cakes, Limousine salad, lobster mac and cheese, fresh halibut ending with a chocolate soufflé everything was excellent. The service was exceptional. We like to come here for special occasions as well as no occasion in particular. We love the atmosphere and the staff. Never disappoints.

The Food was just okay, the bread was hard as a rock and the food medium quality... for 4 of us at $500. (tip included) and we had no liquor it wasn't worth it... not sure we'll return. The food at Ruth Chris Steakhouse is so much better for the price!

Chandler's wine list has changed from the "old days" when Rex first opened his Boise flagship steakhouse. Generally speaking, wine-by-the-bottle prices are out of sight now, most bottles being priced at several hundred dollars. I do not know who would be buying these wines in Boise, Idaho. It was hard to find a bottle of wine for under $100. No real "values" that I could see. My guess is that this wine list is catering to diners who have a business expense account and are not very price-sensitive (and who have no budget or limit on what they can spend). if you want a competitive steakhouse with more down-to-earth wine prices, try Ruth's Chris. Downside is that Ruth Chris does not feature live music. But it is easier to carry on a conversation there.

We had a great meal. The server was the best we've had and I wish we remembered his name so we could ask for him again. We are regulars at Chandlers and we've. Never had him before

The Jazz band was playing off and on but it was good to hear. Has rib eye with Augustine potatoes. Ended with cheesecake. Yummy food. Only criticism... our beverages took a while. Our server was stretched a little thin I think. It happens. No biggie.

Always dependable in every way. Waiters and busboys are meticulous, they are also young and vibrant, wanting the best experience for us. Excellent bouillabaisse and scallops too!

We always love the food, atmosphere, and great service at Chandlers. Their special Easter Dinner provided a nice opportunity to include our daughter and made for a special family outing!

You cannot beat the rib eye here. The service was amazing and there is a pretty good wine selection.

Everything was fantastic at Chandler’s! Went there by recommendation of our local colleague and it was amazing. Every dish that we ordered was good especially the scallop, sautéed mushroom and of course the steak! The best of the 3 different steaks that we ordered was the Australian wagyu. The waitress was super friendly and knowledgeable and ambience was also cosy and nice. Will definitely come back on my next visit to Boise!
